I am currently working as the Cemetery Administrator for the City of Kilgore in Kilgore, Texas. A wonderfully perfect job for me! I am currently searching for my own family history as well as helping others. Maternal surnames include: Cole, Osborne, Hall, Lloyd, Meyer, Fiddler, Kitchens...and many more. Paternal surnames: Wheeler, Stebbins, Johnson, Smith....and more. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello cuz,

Nancy Mary Osborne Cole, is my 3rd great aunt. I know her father was David Osborn, but I'm trying to verify if her mother, Nancy's maiden name, was Byrom.

The only known record I know of, is her brother, Jesse Franklin Osborn's death certificate. It lists his parents as David Osborn and Nancy Byrom, I think. His mother's maiden name is scribbled on his death certificate. It looks like Byrom, but I'm not sure. Can you verify her maiden name? Another mystery is Jesse Franklin Osborn. I can't find any census that mentions his name as the son of David and Nancy Osborn, other than his death certificate. He isn't listed in the 1850 US Census in Franklin County, TN with his siblings and parents.

Nancy Mary Osborne Cole's brother, Abijah Allen "Bidge" "B.A." Osborn, is my 2nd great-grandfather.

I appreciate any help you can give me. Thanks.

Tim

Berry Grady Hall
I do believe that Rachael Cole Hall is buried in Walnut Grove. I remember seeing her grave years ago. My grandmother always called her "Grandma Dollie." I don't have any pictures and know very little about Sallie.

Or do you have a picture of his father Elijah or step mother rachel M Cole Hall. I just received a picture of Berry Grady Halls aunt Elizabeth 1866 who was married to John Amacher. Didn't want to loose contact with you....JOhn in Missouri Grady was my 1st cousin 3x removed

Edward,
I did know of her passing. I recently visited the family and knew of her condition. She held on for a long time.
Katherine is not related to the Farmer family. She is a very dear friend to me and my boys.
Blessing to you and your family.

Hi Sonja,
I didn't know if you had heard but Jimmy's grandma has passed away:

I see more photos have been added to Jimmy's memorial by Katherine Teel. Is she one of our relatives?

RE: Farmer
Hi Sonja,
TY for contacting me. I am always happy to meet new kin.
J Lake was my dad's cousin. I remember him and his parents, my great uncle Clay Farmer and aunt Mary when I was very young. (Clay would have been your late husband's great-grandfather).

I do not have management of either memorial so I am unable to do the links. But I did link them in my Farmer Family tree on ancestry. I would be very interested in any info or family photos you wish to share. I can send you an invite to view the family tree if you are interested. My email is EJF48@Juno.com .

God Bless,
Ed
