Bio and Links
Bio Photo I have been interested in genealogy all my life, and have dedicated the past 15 years to research.

If you have any additions or corrections for my memorials, please let me know. I would like my information to be as accurate, as possible.

If you would like to use my photos, feel free, but please drop me a note.

I am not here to manage the highest number of memorials, or to prove how much work I have done. I am here to work with a team, to reach a common goal. That goal is to research our heritage, and share it with everyone who is interested.

Thank you fellow genealogists!

RE: Putman
I am not sure what you are talking about. I do not know anything about Putman that I know about or old age is really setting in. Please tell me where you got the info about me and the Putman named.

RE: Almeda V Bass
No, afraid not. I do live in the neighborhood, but went to high school in Lebanon, and most of the Vivretts were Mt Juliet folks. There are some buried in this same cemetery for whom I need to add photos. And there may be more of Almeda's family, too. Still have several more dozen photos and some memorials to add.

Anyone in particular that you're looking for, or just in general? Contributor "MN" (#46859205) is a native of the area, though, and could probably tell you about many of them.

You are very welcome, Kathie, it was my considerable pleasure to do so. Really interesting cemetery, fairly old by our Middle-TN standards.

However, I went back yesterday to get a better photo, with better light (there's a large tree being uncooperative, plus it was raining the day before), so that the name and dates are illuminated. So if you're tree-decorating, you might prefer the new. Haven't added it yet, but should be posted by this evening.

RE: David Watt Kallam/Lola Reid Kallam
Thank you, Kathy. I do have his name as Watt instead of Witt but I have seen it both ways. My maternal grandfather was David Spencer Kallam Sr, one of the sons of David Watt Kallam. I am trying to get back on Find A Grave and catch up and go forward. Thank you so much!

RE: Lucretia Vivrett
Yes, we've "met". I'm Missie (Vivrett) Collier's daughter, Ann Dunlap. Spent a year doing my Collier line and now, have turned my attention to our Vivretts. I'm a guest on your tree. Have found yours and Ray's trees very helpful. I got a free weekend of International records and came away dumbfounded by how "London" we Vivretts are. I'm now in the midst of a "Micajah" study (since there were no Micajah Vivretts until Thomas named the first one abt 1777. I'm trying to find "all" the subsequent Micajahs, Macagers, Cages etc. in our Vivrett line (by whatever eventual surname). Turns out if you do that, you pretty much get to find all (or as many as possible) of the Thomas Vivrett descendants... Way bigger job than I planned to do, but I'm half-way there so, I carry on. Most recently (today), I found a Tom Vivrett on Thomas Crudup Vivrett's 1910 Dallas County Census listed as a "nephew". Things don't add up (Crudup's 2 brothers didn't have surviving sons). The only connection I can imagine is for Tom (b 1868) to be a son of Crudup's cousin, John W Vivrett who left post-civil war TN for TX some years before Crudup. Also found some amazing info on Maude Vivrett's husband, Herman Myer--a Harvard educated son of a French/German immigrant to TN who cornered the market on Mississippi River Valley fresh water pearls, moved to NY, NY and must have made a fortune (to the demise of the Mississippi River Clams and, seemingly, his marriage). I have sent a few things to the "std" email I had for you, but they may have bounced as I'm an infrequent e-mailer. I have thoroughly enjoyed researching our Vivretts and THANK YOU for keeping the rest of us so well enlightened.

Always -- E Ann Collier Dunlap

RE: Nellie McCollum
Interesting...I just got this message! So how are you related? With Jesse McCollum having 12 children, we probably have relatives all over the place! My Dad was Byron Eugene McCollum, son of Jesse and Nellie. He passed away in 1978. All of the children from Jesse and Nellie are gone. They were so spread out that I never really got to meet many of the cousins and probably none of them from Jesse and Martha.

Lucretia Vivrett
I don't have Lucretia's date of death, but also can find nothing to support that she lived to 1933. I would think the 1933 was a SWAG to imply "no later than 99 years old", except it is so specific (26 Nov 1933). Like you, I find only that her daughter was born in the year her husband died (1868). Then there seems to be nothing from any of the three of them ever again, except the very specific date of death from her FindaGrave. I was hoping it was based on someone's local record or Bible. Guess I'll just go with "aft 1868".

Thanks again

Lucretia Vivrett Holloway
LOVE your amazing work. THANK YOU. I'm looking for doc'n that Lucretia Vivrett Holloway lived beyond the 1868 birth of daughter Mary J Holloway. Did she remarry after Levi Durham Holloway died in 1868? I find no Census for any of them 1870 - 1930, though a Lucretia Scarborough who married an unrelated Henry Holloway in Anderson Co, TN and lived until 1898, but she's not a Vivrett, and didn't live until 1933. Any idea where the very specific death date of 26 Nov 1933 came from (at 99 years old!), or the name Lucretia Vivrett Holloway lived under aft 1868, or family she lived with through 1930? Otherwise, is it possible she died in 1868 instead?
Thanks for any insight.
