A Shadrach Mooneyham grave is located on private land in Browning Twp. very near, but not in, the Mt Pleasant Cem., Franklin Co., IL. Not sure if it is Jr or Sr., as no other details were legible. They died just a couple of years apart. Jr was administrator for the estate of Shadrach Sr and hadn't closed the estate yet when he also died, so the two estates got mixed into one file, with one of Shadrach Jr's sons taking over as admin.
In recent years, the name James has been added to Shadrach Jr & Sr. I'd really like to know where that came from-????

do you know if Daniel Epps' father was named Enoch? I am trying to link him up. Was he a civil war casualty?

I'm adding as information and relationships to the graves of my family. I came across my great great grandfather Benjamin Ables and saw you mentioned his Father, Bethuel. I was so excited as I didn't know anyone but a few in the famy knew that. Bethuel had a brother, John, and his Father's name was also Bethuel. They died when their ship wrecked coming to America from Holland. Young Bethuel, who was only 4 years old, was the only survivor from our family and maybe even the entire ship. My Grandma, Lizzy Ables McWilliams (Cook) told me the story when I was very young. Sister of Estella and Orrie Ables, daughter of Wallace and Kittie Ables. So curious how you knew the relationship! Thank-you! Ida
