I enjoy sharing old family pictures , and meeting new family members, and truly respect the ones that came before us.
I will transfer memorials to children grandchildren or great grandchildren of memorials I have created, but most of the memorials I have created are family members. I will gladly correct any mistakes, I'm human, as far as I know, no one is perfect.
I want to thank you to all of the Find A Graver's who took their time and energy to to walk the graveyards (which is hard work) to make life so much easier on family members looking for loved ones. And so many thanks to people who took headstone photo's and added family photo's to Find A Grave. Thank you so much!!!!
**Please if you have a photo, or any additional information on any the memorials I have made feel free to add it, or click on the edit tab, and go to suggestion tab, so I can add it. Many family members have photo's or information that others do not have. This is a free way of sharing family history to other family members. Most of my family photo's comes from my Mother & Father, my Grandmother Nellie Clay (Thomas) Eubank & my Great Aunt Lula May (Eubank) Rowland. And please excuse typo's, I'm right handed and wouldn't know it that is the hand that I have busted to many times
And little green apples to FAG stalkers, that think there only mission in life is to stalk what other members are doing/adding on a daily basis. Some I understand because of recent deaths, that is understandable, but the other..... enough said.
And I want to say thank you to all of the people who added flowers to my brother Henry Richard Eubank, Jr, Grandparents, Aunt and Uncles and other relatives.

|Ronnie Smith||RE: Bill Anderson|
Bill's bother, Samuel Anderson, was my great grandfather. He was married to Phoebe Killman. Their daughter, Cassie was my grandmother. She was married to my grandfather Isaiah Scott. How are you connected
|Roots and Branches||RE: Stewart, Cary, & Ashlock Family|
E-mail me at: email@example.com so we can set up communications and we can talk more. I see that the Thurman line you mention goes back to my Richard Thurman who died ca. 2806 in Pittsylvania Co., VA. Both my husband and I have Thurman connections. The son-in-law I mentioned earlier has Scott family connections, direct descendant of John Scott, Rev. soldier who was born 1761 in VA. You can't research any one of these families without knowing about the others because they have intermarried so much. I suspect that Allie Ashlock may have belonged to Isaac Ashlock, making her a sister of your Nancy, but haven't been able to prove it yet. Good talking with you!
|Roots and Branches||RE: 19308930 - Samuel M Stewart|
By the way, I have been attempting to research on the family lines of my sons-in-law but am stuck on the Ashlock family at an Allie Ashlock who married William Stanton Watson. They lived in Overton Co., TN. William was born ca. 1801 and died prior to 1870. I believe him to be the son of Joshua Watson, Sr. but haven't been able to prove it so far. Allie was much younger, perhaps a second wife. She was born ca. 1822 and died some time after 1896. I found some information from a Ty Ashlock who seemed to have been the foremost Ashlock researcher at one time but he had nothing to help me and I can't contact him. Do you have anything that can help me? Allie's maiden name comes from the death certificate of Allie's son Wm. Stanton Watson, Jr. ("Big" William Watson). Thanks!

Thank you very much for the addition. Is Sam one of your relatives? He was a brother of my great-grandmother Mary Jane Stewart Cary. My info on him and the photo came from a Gibson cousin (now deceased)who was a walking history book (and repository of many family heirlooms). The informant on the death certificate, Jennie Cary, was Virginia Helen Stewart Cary, wife of George H. Cary and sister of "One-armed Sam". Ironically, she died the next year. If you are family, message me back and I will tell you the story of the family of several children, orphaned during the Civil War, made their way back to Overton Co. Again, thanks!
