If I have uploaded a photo, I am the legal copyright holder of that photo. Please feel free to use it in your personal family tree and on family tree websites such as ancestry.com. However, I do require that you cite your source to give proper credit (which I feel everyone should do with photos from this site) to the contributors' time and efforts they put into indexing and photographing these precious pieces of history. And if you contact me, a little politeness goes a long way. Thanks!
