Bio Photo Wow, what a winter...I'm feeling so cabin feverish and cant wait to get back on the pavement. The mental reward was so great last year. I'm so excited. My spirit is looking forward to assisting you.
As you may know, on Dec 5, 2010, my only daughter passed at age 20. In order to keep busy, Ive took on this project. So again this year, my camera in hand and my sneakers laced up. This is totally a hobby, if you will. I am not related in any form to the people I assist in locating, although I do search continually my own relatives... :) I'm completely willing and happy to transfer memorials and info collected to family of the deceased, just make me aware. Thx & Have a wonderful warm year...oh yea, be sure to search my 'Contributor's Records' regularly for updates. Also check 'My Cemeteries' and my virtual 'Soul Of Soldier' cemetery for other posted memorials.
Happy 2014! -A brand new year, with brand new goals. Its been a long winter, and I'm anxious to get to stepping (when the weather is permitting, of course). The challenges are getting greater, but I'm a survivor and thriver...I look to completing many, many requests and adding tons more memorials. Why? Because who knows what tomorrow bring, and I want to be of assistance in the area of study I appreciate & love..Genealogy! So with that being said, ...Hasta la vista, baby.
P.S. If you could gain an approximate location of the stone within the cemetery, a faster photo maybe acquired.

RE: Lettie Moore - need more info
Maiden name is a big help and there's lots of Thomases at Royal Palm. I'll look for Lettie with the Thomases. I've found several women and couples buried with the wife's parents. Thanks for the info.

Lettie Moore - need more info
Hi Gina. I've been through most of the cemetery and found lots of Moores but no Lettie. Can you provide more information? Maiden name or married name, parents names, even siblings or children. I've been finding women with their parents, or a married daughter. Thanks. Sarah

Capt John Hoagland - #61818509
I'm trying to get to the bottom of the issue of Capt John Hoagland and his burial. Obviously, the tombstone photo you posted cannot be the John Hoagland who died in 1872 in the Sandusky battle. Since you photographed this in the cemetery given, I'm thinking that the wrong John Hoagland may have been entered on the memorial. I'm going to contact the memorial creator and see if I can get some involvement there. The bio there says he was tortured by Indians but another account of the Sandusky battle says otherwise. It was his brother Richard that was tortured. I'm thinking that you posted the right photo for the person who was actually buried in Hillside Cemetery. Capt. John was a resident of Pennsylvania and fought for PA. I will keep you posted, but quite frankly I think the memorial for the John Hoagland photo you posted need to be added as a separate memorial. If you are not interested in doing that I will be glad to do so. Once posted, if you would switch your photo we would at least have part of the problem solved.

Let me know if you have any questions.

RE: Saul and Eva Bane
Hi Gina, I have no idea what we're doing wrong. I again went into Saul's memorial and under edit tried to remove Eva's #s.

Thanks for trying.
