Hello, I made a memorial page for someone and I have been getting messages to delete it because it was a duplicate memorial. I had no idea it was "duplicate". I purposely searched FaG for it and didn't find one for that person, so I made a page. It looks like someone else made one on the same day. I am not going to delete it because I don't want the virtual flowers to be gone. I told FaG about it and asked them to choose which memorial page they want to keep and to merge the pages so all the virtual flowers can stay. | |

Thanks, Christine. I'll be driving to Burrillville on Weds and hope to find the old cemetery (Brown-Millard #BU002). Likewise, I'll be happy to send you any photos. I'll also spend some time in the Pascoag Free Library (they were very helpful on my last visit), and then in the RIHS Library in Providence.
By any chance, do you still have a copy of the article re Minerva? I would love a copy if you could send me a pdf, or point me in the direction to find it online.

Thank you for the flowers at Minerva M. Brown's site (Brown-Millard Lot (Historic Cemetery #BU002), Burrillville, Providence County, Rhode Island
Find A Grave Memorial# 24137765)
Have you been able to learn anything more about her or the other Browns in Burrillville? I believe she is my Grx5 Grandmother and was listed in the cemetery listing I found in the Pascoag Library as "W/O Benjamin." This Benjamin does not appear to have been buried here and remains a "missing link" in my tree.
My Grx4 Grandmother, Elcy (Mowry) Brown (1790c-1820) is also buried here, as are other Browns. I believe I have located this old cemetery on maps and GoogleEarth sat photos, and will be visiting there next week to learn more "on the ground."
