Thank you! You have no idea what this means to me. This is my Grandpa. I lived almost 3000 miles away from him all my life and only got to see him maybe a half dozen times. My other Grandpa died way before I was born. I came to Ohio to find him and called the funeral home who handled his remains to find out where he was buried. She said she would call me right back. By the time I had to leave the area, she never called (4 days). Finally I found where he was but it was too late for me to visit. Because of you, I have the picture I never would have had. God bless you!

Hello Charlotte Thank you so much for the photos. If you did not see a stone for Rod it's probably not there yet. His ashes are buried with Jeannette. Would it be ok If I added the photos to my family tree on Ancestry.com? Have a nice day Frank

Hi Charlotte, I assume you are referring to my great-grandfather Henry Joel Biddle? I do have a lot on him. I have a picture passed down through the family, and found him in 4 census records: 1850, 1860, 1870, and 1880 in Wood Co, Ohio and 1900 in Black Rock, Lawrence, Arkansas. I have some civil war military records, and now I have his obituary as well. Records of both marriages and the children from each. Are you a relation by any chance?

Thank you SO much for taking your time to find my great-grandfather's headstone! I am very touched to see it as I wasn't even sure there was a headstone. What a blessing to be able to have it attached to Henry's memorial for future generations to see. Thank you very much!!
