Hello, Since my sister introduced me to Find-A-Grave, we have been 're-connected' with many of our family near and far; and met an amazing group of caring people ...Thank you for doing all that you are doing!
Find A Grave Edit System: Please consider using the 'Edit' tab on the record to request changes to: Name, Birth/Death Dates, Birth/Death locations, Marker transcription, Plot or GPS & Relationships links for parents/spouse or to Suggest a Correction (SAC). (this helps to ensure accuracy and makes it very easy for both Parties)
If you are family and would like to have the memorial record transferred to your care or deleted-please send your request via the "Suggest A Correction" link using the 'Edit' tab on the upper right of the memorial. This helps to ensure that the correct memorial record is updated.
%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%% FYI • Under the Canadian Protection of Personal Information and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), "a cemetery headstone and any information on it are considered to be in the public domain. Therefore, information obtained from these sources are considered as "open" information which may be released. This is true regardless of whether or not the people mentioned are living or dead or how long they have been dead."
Willam Coates Harrison I was quite surprised, and interested, to see your memorial for William Coates Harrison. I visited the Bow Island Cemetery many years ago and took pictures of my grandparents headstones there. William Coates Harrison would be a great uncle to my grandfather. I was wondering if I could copy the image of his headstone for my genealogy file. With your permission, I would also like to post it on my genealogy FB page: "John Harrison Sarah Lovell" with the notation: Source: Linda at Findagrave.com. William Coates Harrison was a great grandson of John Harrison and Sarah Lovell who emigrated to Nova Scotia from Yorkshire, England in 1774. Thanks! Randy Harrison, Truro Nova Scotia, Canada
