I've been doing genealogy and walking around cemeteries for over 30 years. This is a great place for me to memorialize the gravesites I have photographed.|
It's gratifying when a family member contacts me to say "I've been looking for him/her for years."
If I am not related to someone you are interested in, I will be more than happy to transfer ownership to you.
If you think we might be related, please drop me a line at my regular email address.
PLEASE REFRAIN FROM POSTING DEATH CERTIFICATES, BURIAL RECORDS, OBITS OR ANY OTHER DOCUMENTS on memorials I manage.
WHEN YOU POST DOCUMENTS IN THE MEMORIALS, YOU ARE USING LIMITED PHOTO SPACES that family members could use for photos of the person memorialized. Photos of the deceased person are great!

Bringing together my VanBuren family has been a labor of love.
With help of folks like yourself, seeing them re-unite not only in Forest Cemetery, but all over the Toledo area has been most humbling for me.
FindAGrave is a wonderful site to be part of.
Thank you so much.

Playing catchup...............finding photos of my VanBuren ancestors in Forest Cemetery.
Thank you for the wonderful photos you entered for Stephen G, 2nd wife Anna and children Sarah, Elizabeth and Mary VanBuren.
Joyce, thank you for the information. Glad you enjoyed the picture. The sources were very helpful.

My name is Matt McKean and John McKean is my great great uncle. His brother was my gg grandfather William McKean from Ft Wayne. I would like to manage their memorial if possible. I have many details to add to it.
|LBRitz||Harriet Raymer Lusher (1823-1904)|
The headstone of Harriet Lusher in Fort Meigs Cemetery was present in 2006 when I first photographed it. As of 2015, the stone is unaccountably absent. I noticed a panorama of the Henry Lusher Family Plot that you has added in 2013 to the memorial of Mary Ann Lusher Stricklen (1848-1903). In that photo, Harriet's stone is already missing. Please contact me if you have any ideas where we might begin to look for it. I am certain you are as anxious as I am to arrange restoration.

I just added a detail photo of his death date and his age at death (which I interpreted to be) a death date of Dec. 31, 1852 and his age at time of death to be 25 yrs. Thanks for letting me post the photo, I didn't want to "over-post" someone else's photo!

Thank you for taking the picture of Fred Felt's grave marker at Woodlawn Cemetery.
I have been working on this family all week, trying to tie them into the Fleischman and Felt families.
Thank you for your help.
