RE: Infant Snider (Snyder)
Thank you so much. No, everything you said should be correct. The spelling of Snyder/Snider is very interchangeable during that time period. And the baby does belong to Adam & Ann, so the A & A makes perfect sense. I could make out the June 1855, but couldn't tell what the day was. Other than that, your info & photos are perfection . :) Thank you so much!

Thank you
Thank you so much for taking the photos of infant Snyder's headstone. I greatly appreciate it. I was unable to read what was on the stone, were you able to make any of it out? Also, it almost appeared that the stone was among other family members. Do you remember if that was the case? The stone(s) appear to be in remarkable shape for being from 1855. I'm so glad it was still intact. Thank you again for your time. Have a great weekend!

RE: James Poling
The memorial says "James Vernell Poling" b. 1822 d. 1984. I am sure the entry is incorrect, but should be "solved" on the basis of a picture. (Just the first name - James - comes up in the photo request.) Thanks!

No one else has ever called me Barthead!

RE: Jenkins/Peach gravestone
I am forever grateful for all the work you put into taking the photos I needed and the information you gave me. I didn't know that Joel and Margaret had another daughter. I'll have to do some "digging" to see what I can find out about her. How sad to see that she lead such a short life.

Boy, they were not kidding when they called it a mound!! I thought the information about John and Minnie would be on the large monument. I was surprised to see a separate gravestone and being so far away from the others. I know John and Minnie had three children, one dying at birth. I think the infant was buried at Forest Cemetery. Perhaps the space in between was meant for their children and Joel and Margaret's children. I know Minnie's brother,James, is at that cemetery and you had done the photo request for that one as well. I will put in a request to link James with his parents.

Thank you again for your time and help. You have helped me solve the mystery of John's interment. I hope sometime I can repay you by doing photo requests for you.

Have a great weekend!
