Hattie Violet Stewart Russell ( Unknown ) Vanglahn
Just a note Shannon to thank you for the memorial to my Grandmother and 'Paw Paw Bill' Vanglahn. He was the only grandfather I knew on my Dad's side of the family. Mammy, as you can see was actually married three times. First to Creed Allen Russell ( my Dad was the only child. Creed died in 1920, eventually she married the second man ( I heard his name once years ago, but can't recall it ) whom my Dad had little use for, left home, lived with aunts and uncles until entering the Navy in 1931. She divorced the second husband after he had informed her she would never see him again as long as she was married to that feller. I had always known Willie and my Dad got along great so I was confused until learning of her second marriage. Thanks again.

Hi Shannon,

Can you please send me an email? I'd like to discuss my research on Louisa, my GGG Grandmother as well.

John Eoff and first wife Mary J.
I noticed on the memorial for Samuel Eoff, you state that John W. Eoff (1795-1863) his first wife was Mary jane Knox (Eoff). Where did you obtain the last name?

I am a descendent of John thru his son Isaac.

Would love to know where you obtained the name......

Thank you,
Laura Flanagan

You are welcome. Did you notice all the little flowers around the family grave stone?. It was a perfect day here and when I arrived at the cemetery all around the Uhr family grave plot were these dainty little purple flowers.
