Bio and Links
Bio Photo I have been working on my family tree since June of 1992; it's a never ending hobby that's for sure. I'm thankful that my father's parents didn't really throw anything away. It not only helped me have furniture in my house when I first moved out on my own, but I've also managed to gather quite a bit of ancestorial information from the old letters I've found. I am recently married (Feb 4 2006) to a great guy from the state of Arkansas. I tease him, saying that I had to find a husband over 250 miles from my home town so that I wouldn't be marrying a cousin. But as it turns out, I have his last name in my family tree too: Long. We are all related though, through Adam & Eve =)

Feel free to leave pictures or flowers on any of my memorials. But whatever you do, DON'T leave RED flowers on my Aunt Margie's memorial! She hated red
roses ;)

If you want to trace my line of Capps, you could start with my dad Bobby Wayne Capps and follow the family links back in time.

My husband's parents: Ray Otis Long and Kathryn DL Small Long

Names I research (just to name a few):

RE: Odis Hogue
I saw the picture you added. So nice of you. His mom and dad were like parents to me. I loved them so much and miss them every day. I was the one that took odis genes mom to get grave stone for him and took them by it many times. Thanks for being so considerate. You are appreciated

Echols family
Hi Sarah,
I'm related to William Echols/Sohia Weaver(I've just located thier marriage record in Union Co, Ill in 1826 and will have copy soon if and if you want can send copy). And there daughter Sarah who married Hugh Montgomery. Their daughter Nancy Jane married Wm Perry Forga and so on down to me michael Forga. My Dad was born in Montgomery County in 1923.
Wondering if you have any pictures of these relatives or stories you can share.
I did some genealogy research on our families 25 yrs ago and only recently got back into it. I love the internet and digital photos. What a difference.

Claude Edwards
Just wondering how you are related to Claude Edwards? I was told by my father and Claude when I was growing up and he came to visit that I was his granddaughter. My brother and I have had DNA done and wonder if you might be willing to share what you know about him. I am the older between my brother and I so I remember a bit more about the few times we got to see him. I will be away for a while but will try to remember to check in for a reply. Thank You looking forward to your reply. (PS we are just trying to get information on Great Grandparents, who they were ect.. Geneology stuff)> Sincerely Vicki

RE: Crowder info
Here is the marriage record for James Crowder and Sarah Beckley (previously married to Clement Beckley) --
NAME: James Crowder
MARRIAGE DATE: 24 May 1900
MARRIAGE LOCATION: Neosho, Newton, Missouri
SPOUSE NAME: Sarah Beckley

and here is her first marriage record: mother gave her assent; married by Justice of Peace at the residence of the bride's father:
NAME: Sarah Ellen Briant (Bryant)
MARRIAGE DATE: 20 May 1885

Someone on ancestry posted a picture of Sarah and also a picture of her tombstone.

Her photo is cropped from a large family photo; she had a sister Laura.

Sarah Crowder
I am just as curious as you are, but I'm more curious as to why your words are filled with anger towards me. I can not delete other contributors memorials to create my own. I understand you are upset, but what I don't understand is why you would post your anger on your relatives memorial for everyone to read, see, & send me a private email also?
Find A Grave was having system problems and glitches during the month of June & July, I lost a few memorials during that time also, maybe that's what happened to yours for Sarah. When I was researching this cemetery her name was not listed when I did a search for it, I even do Google searches because the search on Find A Grave does not work correctly sometimes and will say there is not a memorial when there is. I don't know what happened to your memorial.
I would of sent Find A Grave an email first asking them to check on this & waited for a reply, they also would of repaired it if possible, and I would of never known mine was deleted, or your anger through your capital words on your relatives memorial and private email to me. What's worse is that we obviously live around the same area and therefore may know each other.

Wahilla Ok
There is a Wahilla Rd. in Stilwel Ok, there is also a town called Wauhillua Ok., maybe this is where Mrs. Joe Crowder was born.
