Death of An Old Resident.
Mrs. Mary Jane McMullen died last Saturday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. W. A. Green, of Tampa; aged 83 years.
Mrs. McMullen was born at Castalia, N. C., and educated at Lynchburg, Va. She was married in 1850 to Captain James L. Moseley of Warrenton, N. C. Eleven children were the result of this union, of whom Mrs. Green is the only one who survives. She was married to Thos. F. McMullen about 30 years ago. No children were born of this marriage, though five children of a former marriage of Mr. McMullen survive: M. Joel McMullen of Largo, former county treasurer of Hillsboro County; Rufus McMullen of Largo, Mrs. Jennie Campbell of Seminole, Mrs. Kate Morris, of Lakeland, and Mrs. Dutton, who resides in Georgia.
The deceased was an earnest and active Christian and a zealous worker in the Methodist Church.
Funeral services were held Sunday afternoon at 3.30 o'clock, conducted by Rev. W. E. Thompson, assisted by Rev. F. M. Sprague, a life-long friend of the deceased. Interment was made at Madison, Fla. | | | Arvis

On May 22,2008 a site of a baby's Memorial was make in the "Pearce family Cemetery" Pasco County Fl. By another graver.
