Exit 14A born and raised in Jersey City, New Jersey and the Jersey Shore is still the place to be for me.|
Love taking photo's for findagrave because I know what it's like not always having the chance to go and visit my father's grave and he's in the next county, I can only imagine what it's like for people across the country.
I hope I bring you some peace and happiness.

I will thank you! Your time is greatly appreciated!
Louie and Jean Giacobe are husband and wife. Unfortunately I don't have their plot info. I will try to get it, but I probably won't be able to get back to you before tomorrow.
But thank you! :)
Thank you so much for taking the time to photograph my grandmothers grave and Pietro's too! Thank you!!!!!

Sorry to hear that. I always found the staff very accommodating when I have visited in the past. I do know they now are charging for look ups. Maybe the staff has changed in the past 3 years. Thank you for your trouble.

Hi Cecelia. Thanks for the photo of this large monument. I guess no other names were inscribed on any of the other sides nor were there any ground level markers. So many Lynch's in Holy Name -- trying to determine if they are part of my Lynch family line.
|Lynda Puakea||RE: Johnson/Henry|
Good morning, Cecelia,
Thanks so much for trying to get those requests fulfilled. And what a shame that the cemetery is in such poor condition... Here is the info that I got from the cemetery staff...All are in row 16, Margaret Henry Johnson is in grave 33 (her husband was Edward Johnson - donʻt know where he is- & she is daughter to George & Julia Henry); George & Julia and an infant daughter, Hazel, are in grave 32. I donʻt see any of those other names you mentioned... Margaret & Edwardʻs children are Anna May, Arthur, Margaret E, Helen E and Helmar... I donʻt have dodʻs for any of them so donʻt know where they are buried. George & Juliaʻs other children ae Frances Julia, George H "Dutch", John B or Hilton, Lester Goode (married to one of my grandmotherʻs sisters) and of course, Hazel. I suppose the name Johnson might have come from Margaretʻs married name... she died in 1949, George died in 1955 and Julia died in 1948. Maybe the plot was owned by her and so the name Johnson on the stone? That makes sense... Let me know what you think and go a head and post what you have. Thanks again....
|Maureen Enstice||Harriet Giles MaGuire|
You took a great photo of this headstone for me. Harriet was with the Enstices. Visible directly behind Harriet's stone, literally about 3", there is another stone. I would put in an official request, but don't know who this might be. The proximity leads me to think, another family member. Let me know if I should put in a 2nd request for Harriet.
TY for all that you are doing. Much appreciated. Maureen
|Kathy Farrell||Kouvel photo|
Thanks. I've added Dionicia (his wife) and son Andy Kouvel -- both also buried here. So glad to see the correct spelling of Dionicia's name. Did you notice any other Kouvel burials? Still looking for: Brothers Edward Kouvel (b. abt 1907, d. ?); Epinondas J. "Epi" Kouvel (b. 1909 in Greece, d. 1977 in Bayonne)and his wife Genevieve "Jean" (Lynch) (b. 1913 in Jersey City, d. 1999 in Middletown, NJ); Peter "Pete" Kouvel (b. 1912 in Greece, d. 1994 in Bayonne) and wife Catherine (Kay) Kouvel (b. 1917, d. 1997 in Bayonne). I'm quite certain the brothers are buried in Bay View in graves owned by my uncle Charles Kouvel (their brother). Thanks in advance.
