|Hello! Welcome to our profile here at Find A Grave! We live on a family farm in Northeast Missouri near where our ancestors migrated back in the 1860's and 1870's.|
We enjoy genealogy and visiting sites from the past, including our local cemeteries where it seems everyone is related:)
The memorials that we have posted here are for family, neighbors, and friends. If you can add anything to any of the sites, like more specific information, or family rememberences, please let us know and we'll be glad to post the information.
If there is a memorial that we have added that is in your direct family line, we'd be glad to transfer the memorial to you so that you may honor your family member as you wish.
Finally, we love to see pictures on the memorials! Please feel free to add anything that you have, or let us know where we can find some to add ourselves.
Enjoy! We'll look forward to hearing from you!

I see you are in Missouri. I was hoping you might be in WV. I have been trying to locate the graves of several family members 3 and 4 generations back who lived in the Falls Run area of Harrison Co. WV in the 1850s-1900s. On an old map from 1886 a cemetery is shown on a hill on a ridge between Falls Run and Stouts Run. The name of a nearby resident is Props. This cemetery is visible on Googleearth in the woods on the hilltop. I cannot find it documented anywhere. No name is given for it on the 1886 map. Since I am living in CA, I cannot get there to inquire. Perhaps you know someone who can? There are several members of the Sutton family that I am looking for. In the 1880 census, John Sutton appears and his residence is listed on the 1886 map. Can you offer any help?

Heavens no, you weren't judgmental. I always appreciate letting me know if there is a duplicate or correction. I just didn't know if you saw my reference. I am going to transfer him as I like to keep family with family no matter the distant relationship. By doing so, family members can keep the memorial updated. My only suggestion is that you contact the cemeteries and see about him being listed in two different cemeteries. I found that sometimes when people are listed in two cemeteries, it is because they were moved from one to the other. In this way, you will have the correct cemetery.

If you read the Bio for him, you will notice that it says he is entered into two different cemeteries and that it needs to be further researched. When I entered him I notated that in the 1st paragraph. See below. Is this a relation of yours? If so, I have no objection to transferring him to you as you notice by reading his bio, I put a lot of information in it.
"He IS LISTED IN TWO CEMETERY RECORDS. This needs to be verified. His obituary lists Bushnell and the cemtery book volume 10 for Fulton County lists this cemeter.".

I have uploaded a picture of Lois McCracken's gravesite to her memorial website. Roy McCracken is buried beside her and so I took a picture of his gravesite and uploaded it to his memorial as well.

There are two photos for Lucinda F Rounsavell under Find A Grave memorial 24861520. I believe the first older stone belongs with Find A Grave memorial 24861528 for Lucinda Rounsavell instead of the photo that is there.
I also sent to the other photo contributor
