RE: Harlan/Harland Family and Relatives in Kennett Friends Graveyard, Kennett Square, PA
Below (as an example) is the information I have from the Family Data for Elizaeth Duck Harlan:

Name: Elizabeth Harlan
Spouse: Joseph Robinson
Parents:George Harland, Elizabeth Duck
Birth Place: New Castle, DE
Birth Date: 9 Aug 1694
Marriage Place: Kennett Mm, Chester Co, PA
Marriage Date: 12 Nov 1719
Death Place: Friends Burying, Kennett
Chester Co, DE
Death Date: 12 Nov 1712

Could it be possible that the Graveyard you sent to me was closed down and therefore a new site was created and I know the stone listed is not a headstone, but a memorial stone. I do try and am very sensitive to making sure that the information I have is accurate.

I welcome your comments and look forward to collaborating with you further.

Regards,
Paula

RE: Harlan/Harland Family and Relatives in Kennett Friends Graveyard, Kennett Square, PA
Hello Ima,

First of all I would like to thank you for the information about the Quakers - I find this to be an extremely interesting religious group.

You mentioned that the Harlan's/Harland decendants are buried at the Old Kennett Meeting House Graveyard in Chadds Ford, Delaware County, Pennsylvania, USA. I searched for this cemetery in Delaware County and unfortunately no such graveyard under Kennett appeared in Delaware County. Now where these individuals are listed the cemetery is called "Kennett Friends Burial Ground Also known as: Old Kennett Friends Burial Ground" and that is why they are listed here.

Please note that I am not challenging you on this, but if there is such a cemetery in the place you list, you may want to address a cemetery not listed with Find A Grave and I am sure if you provide them with the information, the graveyard will be created.

Below is an example of th

Hi Emma, I was wondering if you got to the Persilla Watts Cemetery?

You were going to check on Ole John Jermeland's headstone #135550291
Since I asked for his I have a few more that are in the same cemetery per their Obits
Herman Blessum #108602694
Lillian Blessum #102373401
Lester Blessum #131128676
Barbara Blessum #131128961
Selma Blessum #133824014
Obert Blessum #108564428
Ole Blessum #136860242
Guri Blessum @136861242

The Blessum family is connected with Ole John Jermeland's siblings and thought if you hadn't made it back to get his headstone then maybe you would do these other requests that are out on the Persilla Watts Cemetery and I checked all their Obits from ND and they are in this cemetery. Thanks Arlys

RE: Ole John Jermeland 1875-1927
Hi, I think I confused you when I sent a message to disregard request for a photo of the cemetery (Persilla Watts Cemetery). Someone posted a photo of the Cemetery but I still need a photo of Ole's Headstone. I know it is much to ask but could you check one more time at the Persilla (Pirsilla) (not sure of the correct spelling) Watts Cemetery in Rugby--Township Christenson Sec 2. Maybe someone at the church or who is in charge of the cemetery could help show where it is. Robin It would be greatly appreciated. The Historical society doesn't have photo's of Headstones but only records of where their remains are. I send a prayer that you will try one more time and that the Lord will provide the location of Ole's headstone. If not I Thank you for all you have done. Arlys

Disregard my request for a photo of the Persiila (Pirsilla) Watts Cemetery as there is already one.
