|Bonnie Maskery||RE: Eula Marie Thompson Hersey #14351582|
Please see my first note to you regarding the biological parenthood of Mildred Alberta Hersey Hinman #26125433.
Thank you so much,
|Bonnie Maskery||RE: Albert Sanford "Bud" Hersey #14351640|
I have a couple of items for you to please consider.
From all of my ancestral records and official documents, Albert's middle name is SAMUEL and he was named after his father and was a JR. He is listed in the 1944 Resident year for Helena, Montana, City Directory, 1944 as: Albert S Hersey Jr, living at 1014 9th Av, Occupation: Stone Cutter working for the Kain Granite Co (U.S. City Directories, 1822-1995). Could you please correct his name.
The second item seems to be a little more involved, but I will try to explain as clearly as I can. There are no records that indicate that Albert and Eula ever had a biological child named Mildred Alberta Hersey Hinman (#26125433). She may have been an adopted child, but not biological, as Albert was born in 1907, which would have made him only 6 years old when Mildred was born and Eula was born in 1912 which would have made her only 11 years old when Mildred was born. It is rather unlikely that these listed parents were Mildred's biological parents. Albert and Eula did have at least three children who at this time are listed only as "Private", as they are probably still alive and I have no ancestral records for them.
I appreciate all of your considerations on these two issues and hope that you can make the appropriate changes and "Note" on your memorials for these people.
Thank you so much for your help in helping me get correct information for some on my ancestors.
