That IS strange that the cemetery said the Kifer family wasn't there especially since it's a huge plot. I'm glad I was able to help. Hi Janet! I fulfilled your photo requests for Shelby and Isabella Kifer. There is a BIG plot with many other Kifers. If you want to make memorials, I will be more than happy to post the pics. One is for Shelby Hood Kifer 1879-1975. I posted the other grave that says "Pappa" because he died in 1910 and that is what the marker says. Perhaps Shelby 1879-1975 was a Jr.? He shares a marker in the family plot with Nellie Clevenger Kifer 1885-1963.
There is also Earl 1909-2002 and Eleanor Kifer 1918-1997.There is George M Kifer US Army Air Corps,WWII,1910-1991. Shelby "Doc"'s sister Flora Kifer Britton is there and Lillian Kifer Blake. There is also "Johnnie" 1874-1886 who, I am assuming was "Doc"'s and Isabella's young son.
