I had found a U.S. Veterans gravesites record on and when I looked it up on Find a grave and found that he was not listed I went ahead and added his memorial. If I have made an error please let me know and I will fix it.

Before you spend too much time on Harvey Kligora's request for Herring graves in C-3 (if it's not too late)...I have already visited this plot for a previous request and and pretty sure that these two graves are unmarked (or, at least, the markers are illegible). I think he just wanted me to upload an overall picture of the plot (I just didn't claim the request in time).
