Hi Bernard,

I let this message get by me. I'll look for my photos and add them. Thank you for thinking to do that.

Albert Stein
Hi! I would prefer not to transfer Albert since I am willing to add info to memorials. A transfer isn't needed - just SAC me ; )

Thanks!

RE: One of interest maybe
Nearly White! Ha ha! I used to feel guilty about laughing at these names but after all, what were the parents thinking?

This is one of the memorials that has been transferred to me from Chris Mills. I'm going to make it a point to get a photo to add.

I've also just noticed another one (due to a photo request) and this one is just as funny: Harry Legg.

I was going to give you Leon Harrison for your Mortuary virtual cemetery, but I see you have already left him flowers so you know about him!

Best regards,
Bonnie

RE: Maytor McKinley
Hello Bernard, here's what I found out: It is Maytor, Jr. who is buried in the McKinley Sarcophagus, and his wife, Beth, is with him. The staff confirmed her name on the record is Beth Durner McKinley. They also confirmed that the older Maytor is buried at that cemetery, but I didn't ask for the location. I created a memorial for him and linked him. The California Death index has information on both Maytors but I don't have access to a more recent index for Beth's date of death. There are lots of other McKinleys buried at this cemetery, but I don't know if any of them are related. The area around this Sarcophagus does not have any McKinleys.

Again, I thank you for pointing me in the right direction for this memorial. It was such a shame to just have "McKinley" when this man was of obvious importance.

Take care,
Bonnie

James Belden photo

Thank you very much for photographing the marker for James Belden! Wow, I can't believe that it was so high off the ground. I'm sorry that the marker proved so difficult to photograph being so high up. You did a very nice job with it, despite the height!

I'm looking forward to your post of this photo to the memorial for James' wife Marvel....

James is one of my few great-uncles from this side of the family. It's very nice to see the photograph of his marker. I'll have to tell my mother....

Thanks again,

Tom
