Hi, everyone. My family lines include Hazel, Bolt, Owens, Garner, Coleman, Nelson, Brownlee, Stone, Garrett, Owsley, Hughes, Riddle, Franks, Lanford, and many more, plus the spelling variations of these surnames. Most are from the Laurens/Ninety-Six District of South Carolina. Dad was a Hazel; Mom was a Bolt.|
I don't mind transferring management of pages for those who are not in my family, and I'm also open to comments, corrections, or requests.
I'm happy to take photos at Warrior Creek, Rabun Creek, and other smaller Laurens or Greenville county cemeteries. Some of the larger ones are just too huge to search, but if you have an exact grave location in those larger cemeteries, I'd be glad to take photos for you. :)
Wishing all of you the very best, and blessings on your ancestors!
My email is firstname.lastname@example.org
I am like him, so they say,
Who was dead before I came.
Cheeks and mouth and eyes of gray
Have been fashioned much the same.
I am like her, so they say,
Who was dead ere I was born.
And I walk the self-same way
On the paths her feet have worn.
There is that within my face
And the way I hold my head
Which seems strangely to replace
Those who long have joined the dead.
Thus across the distance far,
In the body housing me,
Both my great-grandparents are
Kept alive in memory.

Sorry posted wrong photo.
After I post pictures from any graveyard, I deleted the photo.

Her grandmother, "Nan" Breazeale Jamison, and my grandmother, Ettie Inez (Breazeale) Crouch, were sisters!
I still think about her...such a tradgedy in the family. I was in college when she was killed...I still remember discussing this with my mother, as if it were yesterday.
It is a very small world....thanks for letting me know.

Have information and would like to send about the Brownlee family. Would prefer not to leave on a public forum. Can you provide an e-mail address?

That was so nice of you ... And appreciated, too!
I have found that the more I add and link or have linked, the more people locate the information and sparks their interest in family and even the history of an area in SC.
With mutual gratitude to you, as well!
Goodness, what a gracious thank you! Your thoughtfulness is much appreciated.
I'll be happy to look up any pre 1986 obits in SC if you need some?

I am happy to transfer the memorials. I believe that all memorials should be in the care of family.

Greetings Hazelnuts & Bolts,
Thank you for the kind message. I noticed that you sponsored Frank's memorial and since he is your grandfather, I thought you might like to have it transferred to you. I would be happy to do so if you would like. I currently manage others that are your family and would transfer those also. They are: J. Hugh Hazle (#91259215), Lola G. Hazle (#91259225), Ruby Hazel Satterfield (#93440910), James Rufus Satterfield (#93440884), James W, Hazel (#91259184), Gaynell Hazel (#91259193) and Lester G. Hazel (#91269748). Let me know.

Thank you for your kind words. As of yesterday, I am cancer free for two months. Looking at doing another procedure that if it works will probably mean no more chemo.
