*****If I have a picture of a tombstone already on the memorial, please do not add another. Adding multiple pictures of the same stone clog up the memorial and other pictures can not be added by the family when transfered. Thank you.******|
****A big THANK YOU to all of the people who contribute to Find A Grave, whether it is adding memorials, pictures, taking volunteer photos or adding flowers/token. We all make this a wonder site and a weath of information****
I was thrilled when I found this site. I have loved cemeteries since I was little and love the thought of making memorials for those we loved and those long ago forgotten about.
I like to wander the cemetery and try to photograph an entire section. Not always an easy task. But well worth the effort.
If you see any errors or have additional information to add to my listings please let me know using the edit tab on the memorial.
Also, if we share any ancestors please contact me, I would love to share information, pictures, etc. My family names are my virtual cemeteries.
If you send me an email and do not hear from me, please send it again or send me a message thru the edit tab on the memorial. I see a lot of email from FAG contributors in my junk box. Not sure why some go there and some go to my inbox.

I wouldn't mind having Margaret's grave. I was not able to actually find the marker. I went there yesterday and didn't realize the cemetery was as large as it is. You don't happen to remember where the marker is located in there by any chance?
I thought you might be related to the Birchbauers, so sorry for the confusion there.

I am researching the Wendels, and I have come across your Find-A-Grave site with the Birchbauers. Margaret Birchbauer married Henry Wendel, I guess in about 1908. I would love to see pictures of Margaret or Henry. These are some confusing lines for me to figure out. Want to share some notes?

You are so welcome, but I am so glad that Rosie K. found SHEBA for me. I truly miss my Sheba and this helps when I have other Sheba's to love. We do have 2 off-spring of our Sheba, although they are with my sons & I rarely get to see them.
You user name reminds me of the Bruce Willis movie, although I didn't fully understand it. Guess I should watch it again.
Warm regards and have a nice evening.
Hi! I see you have a photo request for Cedar Hill Cemetery in Suitland Maryland. I'm taking a trip there soon and I'm planning on trying to fulfill as many requests as I can. Since this cemetery is so large (about 80,000 graves) it would help to have the section and plots of the burials. I have spoken to Carmelita Walker from CHC. She said she can't give locations of these sites to me since I'm not related but she said if you call her at 301-568-5400 & tell her that you're a relative (or think you may be!) she can give it to you. She said there's no charge for this information. If you could get the info soon (by 9/6) that would be great! If you are no longer interested in fulfilling the request for whatever reason, just let me know too so I can cross it off my list. Thanks!
