Located in the historic town of Independence Missouri. I mainly visit cemetarys in Jackson, Johnson, LaFayette, Cass & Clay counties in Missouri but occasionally road trip up into the northwestern part of the state.

Notify me to make any corrections/ delete any accidental dupes, or add any info to the memorials I have listed. Always happy to make transfers.

 | RE: Mnt Zion cemetary in Gentry County Mt. Zion is east of State Road A. The gravel road (called Snead) is located about a mile north of the intersection T and A. It is only about a half mile east and around a corner to the south to the top of the hill. The small town of Gentryville is to the west of these two roads. | | | Donald Lee Morton

 | Albert carter and buck collins My son found the cemetery and we decided to go check it out in this very rainy day. Photographed two stones in the rain and lucky for us, it was the one you were looking for. We will go back and clean off the other stones there, including Buck's in hopes of getting better pictures. They are very old and hard to read. Found a long article about these boys in the civil war section of Howard Co. Great reading. Judy | | | Teri Burnham

 | RE: James Hinde photo request Always a pleasure in helping with photos, obits, etc.
BTW: I located James Overton Hinde's obituary today, and others. Also located a 4 page document on the Hinde family which was on file at the West Texas Collection at Angelo State Univ. Would you be interested in any or all of the info ? | | | | [View all messages...] |
