Hi. My name is Jana and I grew up in Ellicott City, MD. I currently live in southern PA and have an online gift shop. I have taken up my mother's family research to a degree and have a web site devoted to the Warden Family. I wanted to create virtual graves for my loved ones who are no longer with us to show that these were real live people who had their own personalities and their life stories. These were people who were loved by many and touched many lives and are not just headstones in a cemetery. I read somewhere the most important symbol on a headstone is the dash between birth date and death date and I wanted to try to fill in the dashes.
Thanks to all who have left remembrances for my loved ones. I am so grateful to each and every one of you. You are such a comfort!
**VIRTUAL CEMETERY LISTS: The Virtual Cemetery Lists I make for Birthdays and Angel Days are for my own personal use. If others want to stop by the memorials on my lists to remember my friends' loved ones, you are certainly welcome to do so.
I like to visit those who are buried in the Virtual St. John's Cemetery, where my mother is buried, many of whom have only a flower or two.
VERY SPECIAL THANKS to Edda Meinikat for sponsoring my dearly loved grandfather Richard Bartlett's memorial. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
VERY SPECIAL THANKS to Soccer Tori for sponsoring my dear lost Aunt Jane's memorial. You are a VERY special person, Soccer Tori!
Will Fred Hi Jana - I am Ada Rider's granddaughter and left a message for you yesterday on facebook and at what I think was a home ph #. I had lost track of your mom, who always wrote to my mom, Dorothy Scott Beasley, when mine went in the nursing home in 2003. She died in 2007. Glad I found Jo Anne on here- she was a lovely woman and we visited her several times. Let's connect and catch up on the other Hendrickson relatives - blessings!
RE: Hi Charlene Hello Jana, I, too, have not been around much due to being busy. Sorry to hear about the loss of your brother. That really hits hard when it's a sibling. I'm hoping to return to my genealogy when things slow down. Had one son move out, and another move in, and it's been hectic to say the least. Hope you find some peace, and also message with you again. Always remember your loved ones, because memories keep them alive. Take care. Charlene
Prayers Please keep my family in your prayers following the loss of my uncle Franklin Rogers, who passed away yesterday from cancer. If you have time I would appreciate virtual flowers for his Find A Grave memorial 128627148. I am very blessed to have my friends on this site. Thank you,
