Fourth great grandddaughter of Revolutionary War Veteran, Job Sosebee and his wife, Elizabeth Tankersley Sosebee. Second great granddaughter of Jesse and Catherine Akins Fields, Union County, Georgia pioneers. Second great granddaughter of Corp. William Wade Sosebee, a casualty in the Battle of the Wilderness, Spottsylvania County, Virginia, C.S.A. |
I love the memory of those gone before me. I think about their lives, joys and sorrows. I admire the faith that many of them exhibited in the way they conducted themselves here and their hope for tomorrow.
Researching the Fields, Sosebee, Wilson, Curtis, Davis, Jarrard, Lark, Bradley, Adcox, Moore, Poston, Seabolt and Turner lines.

A pleasure. I photoed any Smiths that I came across that had no photo prior to finding the ones you were looking for..
That should give you the list of them. Just in case any of them you match up with. Pearl and Frank were not next to any other Smiths, but there were a gaggle of them just down.
All my photos have GPS coordinates, so, if you click on the memorials then the GPS, it'll open in Google maps and let you see how close they were.

|Judith Nan Lewis||RE: Maurine Sosebee.|
I would deeply appreciate your transferring Maurine's memorial to me. And in the future, if you need to 'borrow' something, or use anything for your personal (or Ancestry) family tree, you do have my permission to do so.
Until Later..... God Bless,
I am so sorry for not getting back on this site sooner. Thank you for contacting me. Thank you for your kind comments.
My wife has a ton of research on the Sosebee family going back to the 1400s. We would be happy to exchange information with you. My direct e-mail is firstname.lastname@example.org.
