I am just getting into the whole genealogy thing and was very excited to know there are people who will help by locating a grave. The surnames of my 8 great grandparents are: Casey, Armstrong, Zimmer, Meyer, Conway, Hammer, Wright and Granger. Most of these families are from Indiana, Kentucky and Ohio. I really enjoy doing the cemetery searches at local cemeteries to help out the rest of you.
RE: Michael E Casey Cathie - I am not related to Michael Casey. The reason it was transferred is because that member didn't want to manage so many memorials so they transferred to me. Sorry I can't be of further help.
Marie G Zimmer Memorial You didn't ask for this memorial to be transferred, but since it's your Mother, I decided to transfer it, & let you complete the family ties & the burial info. Sorry for your loss. No one like our Mothers.
RE: The Finch Graves Unfortunately, I did not find the grave of Elizabeth Hammer's husband. The cemetery does not have a record of him being interred there and there were no other markers besides her daughter, daughter's husband, and granddaughter. Best wishes on your research.
I am wondering if it is possible that you would send a copy of the original photo you took of the Grave Marker in Forest Grove of "Kitt" Converse (#83969168) so I can try to darken it and see if it is actually Nettie. I cannot read the marker as light as it is (not the fault of the photographer but the sunlight) and am hoping it does say Nettie and not Kitt. I may be able to darken it enough to see. These types of markers are so hard to read when they are so old. That is if you don't mind.
It would be so appreciated. There are two of us wondering the same.. my email is firstname.lastname@example.org
RE: Bessie Fisher Cathie, I just found a headstone photo and posted it today but it is not showing up. You have to click on the photo for the cemetery then it shows. Maybe you can fix this. Thanks Sharon.
