Happy to transfer your grandparents to you. I am pleased your grandmother is still living. I copy gravestones and unfortunately "bury" a few that shouldn't be. If you would like a gravestone photo just request through the button and I will get around to it eventually- only 10,000+ still to be uploaded! Have a great weekend.

I'm glad I could be of help. Please use the photo for what you need to, I took it for you. I don't need any credit. Just helping others is a pleasure. May God bless you.

I have some really lovely pictures, and I had to crop severely to post these two, and an Aydelotte stone on the Cemetery's page, which has not yet been approved.
I do not yet know how to reduce the number of pixels, except by cropping. This is not satisfactory to me. If you like, I can email the nice pictures to you, including the Peters large stone, the Cemetery sign, and a couple of views of the section where your relatives are.

It was a beautiful day, and we went to Chincoteague to make your photos. The cemetery is in a wooded area, surrounded by houses. A very nice couple lives in front of the cemetery, and while she is not a family member, she does care for the area here the Aydelottes, Peters and others are buried. This is something she does on her own. She said she had not seen a Shelor grave there, and she knew nothing about the Peters, and was glad that relatives far away were preserving their memory. Her husband thinks the little graveyard is the highest point on the island.
I'm returning to Alabama Tuesday, and will edit and post the pictures: the large Peters monument; small flat markers for Arinthia and Lillian; the cemetery sign; and a view of the area.
My daughter enjoyed this as much as I did! Jerri

Apparently Find A Grave thought it had been too long, and cancelled my claim. However, I am flying to Accomack County tomorrow, and wlll go to Chincoteague over the weekend to make your Peters and Shelor photos. I'll be in Wallops Island, just fifteen minutes away. Jerri.

I would be glad to do that...I realized that I can't attach it to this message...I tried to copy the contents but I couldn't...I could email it to you? Let me know. This is the web site where I was able to find some death certificates including Laura's. Hope it helps! :)
