"A Walk Through Time" is an event held each year on the 2nd Sunday in Oct with the proceeds going to the preservation of Forrest Cemetery in Gadsden, AL. We are already working on the 2016 event. We will have some returning favorites as well as new characters. The portrayers will be dressed in period dress and will tell the life stories of some of Gadsden's famous and not so famous citizens. The event is free but donations are encouraged and we are a 501 (c)(3) organization so donations are tax deductible. It's the most fun you'll ever have in a cemetery! Hope to see you there. |

I saw all the others on there, but that one (of the gates closed) is now missing. I do think it was there yesterday. I know you are busy with the upcoming 'Walk Thru.' We will enjoy!!! Nancy

What happened to the beautiful photo you had of Forrest Cemetery with the gates? I see that it is not showing any longer. I always thought this was one of the prettiest photos on Find A Grave. Nancy

I am not related; I would accept the documents. Perhaps I could add some of the new info to their memorial pages.
As always, I appreciate the links you have made on the memorials. Just getting all the puzzle pieces together! Kind regards, Nancy
