 | Ota & Rhoda McMillan Right now I don't know if I am related to Ota McMillan. My McMillan ancestors were originally from Scotland and immigrated from the Isle of Mann, Ireland to settle in PA. and then moved on to Ohio. One family group left Harrison County, Ohio in 1972, via wagon train, and eventually settled in Stafford County, Kansas in 1877....The patiarch of the family had 12 children, the three eldest children remained in Ohio, while the rest moved to Kansas...I have very little data on the three who remained in Ohio...Perhaps Ota descended from one of the three and ended up in Nebraska...I really don't know at this point... The three eldest were: W. Frank McMillan (1851-1910) who married Nancy DeLong; George Johnathan McMillan (1853-1914) who married Almeda _____ ;and James Goodno McMillan (1855-1913) who married Margaret Jane Bower... If you should be able to connect Ota to any of the three, please let me know... Thanks, RICHARD | | | Patricia Vitley

I have been doing genealogy on the Vitley name for years and was woundering if you new this person Ota Vitley McMillan. Also I see a picture of a cross on the grave stone , I think I see Cuba on top and USA on bottom. Do you know what that means. Do you know where I can get a death certificate ? | PFC Freeland Peter, thank you for the transfer I've updated his Memorial. Maybe the next time you visit you could check on his parents and create Memorial pages for them. | | | Richard Wesley

 | RE: Eitel family Thank you Peter for the ownership transfer. Do you remember if it was more family buried inbetween? I will have to do some research. Would I call the cemetery to find out that information? Thanks, Ev C.Added by Ev C. on May 26, 2010 7:02 AM | | | | [View all messages...] |
