I have been researching my family history for many years and am fascinated with cemeteries. I love the old headstones. They were so unique.|
I started adding information to F.A.G. from obituaries my aunt had kept on people she knew. It progressed into trying to complete as many cemeteries in the area as I could.
If I have created a memorial for one of your family members; please let me know and I will transfer it to you.
I don't mind my headstone pictures being used; but, I would appreciate being asked first and to be given credit for taking the picture. It is only common courtesy. I spend a lot of time and gas in documenting the rural cemeteries in this area and don't appreciate those who think I am petty because I expect to be given credit for the work I do.

Emma Jackson "Bessie" was my father-in-laws grandmother. Jackson was her middle name because Trimble was her maiden name.
If you look closely at the photo of Bessie's headstone are the initals E.J. just above her name.
There are 5 generations in my husbands family that are buried in this cemetery.

Check out the Nichols family in Port Cemetery on FindAGrave. I think you will be pleased with what you did in helping me to connect my Nichols family in OK.
Thanks again for your help!

We did drive to see Lone Wolf Cemetery. We were so touched to see that Eva's son was buried there on the directory. We did not see Eva's name but I assume she is buried there too as the family plot is 25x25. Thank you so much for your help and if you have any suggested resources that we can look at that may say she was buried there, I would appreciate it.

Thank you very much for your kindness and for all the good work you do.

I would like to ask permission to use the photo of my Uncle Andrew Foley's memorial on my Ancestry.com family tree and for my family history.
I will, of course, acknowledge your name and Find A Grave.
Thank you for taking the photo.
Linda, here I come again. I have found two more of my Nichols family that you are managing. It's the same Nichols family that you have been working with me. Would you mind transferring them to me? They are Martha E. (Nichols) Stayton #37914002 and her husband John M. Stayton #37914001.

I would like to ask permission to use your photos of the above named memorials for my family history and on Ancestry.com. I would, of course, credit you with the photos.
Thank you for the work you do, it is appreciated.
That's what I thought since I saw the same large marker by the small ones. I have one of the sisters left that I have not found yet. Thanks to you, I have connected most of them. The people who had the sister that I asked you about transferred her to me.
Thanks for all your help!
P.S. The person who transferred the sister to me told me that they were a distant cousin of mine.

Linda, I have a question. Are the names of these people on the foot stones? Several of the Nichols seem to have the same tall marker on the graves.
