I have no family members buried in the Twentynine Palms Cemetery but I have many friends buried there. I love doing family history, I live next to the cemetery and walk through it most everyday. I decided to start taking pictures of the headstones/markers and putting them on Find A Grave to help others in their quest. If you are a family member of someone I've added to the site I'll gladly transfer ownership to you under the Find a Grave rules. Please know I'm human and I make mistakes (unintentionally). If I have the wrong information please let me know so I can make corrections.|

Thank you for transfering Victoria to me.
William P Sims is buried in North Carolina I believe. I'm searching for his marker as we speak.

Good morning, Mary Kay,
Thanks so much for pointing out the erroneous date of death on my Uncle Jack's memorial. I doubled-checked all of my records and all verify that he died on 07 Jan 1973. I'm guessing that was just a typo on my part and, although I'm a cracker-jack editor, I can proofread other people's typing and see every error but I can't proofread my own.
When Uncle Jack died, I was living in Santa Barbara, California. Lived there nearly 30 years. I really, really miss California. Florida compares poorly except it is a good place for retirees to live. Just hotter than Hades during the summer as opposed to SB's year-round mild temperatures.
I have corrected the date of Uncle Jack's death as well as a couple of errors in the accompanying bio. Had you not pointed out this error, it might have remained with the error until the cows come home! I'm obliged to you.
By the way, Uncle Jack's son-in-law and your kinsman Garrett Joseph "Gary" Moynihan died after he fell into a grinder at the pulpwood mill where he and his father worked in Tennessee. That's a pretty horrifying death. Poor, poor guy.
Write any time - I enjoy hearing from you,
Betty Arnold Henderson

Thank you so much for adding Susie. Would you consider transferring her memorial to me? I have more photos and family links for her. Again, thank you!
Thank you so much for the prompt reply.
I see from your bio you have many friends in the Twentynine Palms cemetery would you happen to know James Edward Shelton. If so do you know how he was connected to John Ransom Shelton. Thanks so much.
