I have been researching my families trees for more than 30 years and thoroughly enjoy meeting the people who also have the same interests. 99% of my research was done without the computer age which meant that I would travel to all the courthouses and churches, wherever the information was held. I not only got to see the sights but fulfilled what I set out to accomplish for that time.
DEAN JONES DEAN IS NOT BURIED IN RESTHAVEN EAST. I WILL CALL RESTHAVEN WEST (GLENDALE ARIZONA) IN THE MORNING TO SEE IF HE IS THERE. THE TWO CEMETERIES GET MIXED UP ALL THE TIME. I AM WORKING ON THE OBIT.
DEAN JONES I WILL GET A PICTURE OF HIS HEADSTONE THIS WEEK. LOVE THE NAME OF HIS HOME TOWN. I ALSO DID A LOT OF MY RESEARCH PRIOR TO THE COMPUTER AGE. SPENT HOURS AT THE LITTLE WHITE BUILDING JUST WEST OF THE LDS TEMPLE IN MESA ARIZONA.
Krummel Thanks for the notes about Alvina Krummel. Family Search places her with my distant cousin Earl Krummel. Now FS is showing both an Earl Martin Krummel, and a Merrit Earl Krummel!! Alvina and Veronica as spouses married to Krummels.
I am hoping to find him. Born in the Jerusalem area (Judson, Butternut Valley, Cambria Twp). Served in US military. I found an Earl Martin buried in TX with military inscription in early 1960s.
I'm confused. Most of his direct family is in JeruSalem. His father's ancestors are in Pilgrim's Rest.
Field Sandy, thank you for the photos. It must of been cold out there. Hope you had an easy time finding them. I know it's cold here in Wisconsin and Minnesota is just next door. Have a good evening Cindy.
