Hi I found the grave for Milo Allen but not the grave for Hazel Wireman. Do you know where she is buried? Ruth

Children of James Howes & Elizabeth Rice.
Judy,

Thank you so much for sharing the photo of the Howes siblings. Mollie is my grandmother and I only have a few photos of the family & very few of her brothers and sisters.

Thanks,

Gary Collins

I guess Osie is still alive. The cemetery didn't have a buried record for her when I went there.

RE: Holbrook Cemetery, Floyd Co Ky
Judy, all I have are pics, no GPS. It was back in 2000 when we were up on Rough & Tuff. Didn't know what GPS was back then. The cemetery's were in bad shape. I think I posted all the photos I took. I know I have some from other cemetery's but haven't figured out the names yet. If my photos will help, please feel free to use them.

I transferred Hazel Midlam's Memorial page to you. Sorry that it took so long as I haven't been well.

RE: Genoah Bandy
Judy,

I have actually made contact with Lydia's Granddaughter Lydia Whitt Fleckenstein. She is on facebook and I believe she is also a member of the Magoffin County group. I'm sure she would love to talk to Joy.

Please Thank her for looking into the headstones for Genoah. She remains a mystery.

Thanks again,
Pam

Mollie Howes Collins
Hi Judy! My name is Katherine, I am Mollie Collins Great-Great-Granddaughter. I am writing in regards to our family's Cherokee lineage, which has been connected to Mollie. I've been able to trace family members back to North Carolina, which happens to be the original homeland for the Cherokee people, and the current location of the Eastern Band of the tribe, but have found no family members on any Native American rolls or databases (which is not uncommon.) I didn't know if you might have any information that could help me further explore this facet of our family's history.

Genoah Bandy
Hi Judy,
I am researching Genoah Bandy (wife of Guy) and came across your information on the Reese Davis Cemetery. I see that there are several small children/babies that are buried there. I know that Ester is one of Genoah and Guy's twins that passed away. I believe the other twin died at birth. I also believe that Ressie Bandy is also a child of Genoah and Guy Bandy. My question is are there actual headstones for Genoah, Ester, and Ressie? I am planning a trip to Magoffin County in the summer and am hoping to visit the cemetery.

Thank you in advance for all of your help,
Pam Bandy Douglas
