Bio and Links
Bio Photo I have been retired for about a year (2008)now but not of my choice Wall Street sucked the heart out of this country and most of the world but I enjoyed over 45 years working as a civil engineer on many Military and Civilian projects. In retirement I began to go look over my parents Photo Albums and Shoe boxes and began my second career as a Genealogist and as a result of my research realized there was very little free information on burial records available on the internet. I was searching for my famous uncle Jack Burns and discover his Memorial on "Find a Grave". I was thrilled at my discovery and immediately joined the site and added my father and mother memorials. I also added some of our family photo of Jack at his memorial. I live just outside Boston, MA and I am looking forward to helping out other people find their love one grave site.

William Chipman at Berwick Cemetery, NS
Thank you for this listing and gravestone photo.
I wanted to let you know that I have linked William to his son Isaac who is buried at Wolfville (NS) Cemetery-and have also done a short bio of Isaac. Thanks also for taking the time to do a short bio and gravestone transcription for William.

Cape Traverse
Cape Traverse Cemetery-Free Church of Scotland & Cape Traverse Cemetery-Methodist United have different coordinates. Seems that there are two but not three cemeteries.

RE: Duplicated Cemetery
I have just looked at my entries.. none are related to my father-in-law.. would be glad to transfer them all to you, so it would be easier, if you would like

I am going to transfer my memorial to you as you are much more closely related than i. I agree that what really matters is to CREATE the memorial, but it is also a good idea to be managed by someone with the best information so that,as new information surfaces, the new information gets posted. Feel free to combine any information that is suitable, then you can delete the other. Let me know if there are others that you would like to manage.

All the best to you

I would gladly have transfered my Lefurgey memorial, if you are closer family than I am. It looks like there may be a cemetery name problem that could have caused some confusion. My information came from family records and cannot vouch for the accuracy of cemetery naming.
