Erie County, New York has well over 400+ cemeteries in the county. Some of them have thousands of graves, so it's helpful if you have a plot location. Call the cemetery to find the location of the grave site.|
I live in Western New York so there are months that I'm unable to locate graves because of the weather (SNOW). So contact me in the spring.
Contact me if you would like a grave transfer.

|Mary Sicard||Marian Daigler|
Thanks for posting a photo of her tombstone.
|Bill Boggess||Gethsemane Cemetery|
Hope you can get back to Gethsemane. If not this fall then in the spring.
|Mary Sicard||Siser Mary Bernarda Gill|
Thank you so much for posting a photo of her headstone. I hope you can provide photos for other deceased nuns.
|Jay Boone||RE: William David Speich|
Kathy, if you look Elizabeth Bruder is listed as William's mother, but Frank & Edward (your great-grandfather)Speich don't have a mother listed on their memorial pages, that is why they are listed as half siblings. The family links were sent to me by another find a grave member, if you don't agree that Frank, Edward and William are brothers let me know and I will remove the family links to William's listed parents.
|Marnie Hawks Thompson||Protection Cemetery|
I see that you are linked to wnyroots website. I am currently working on transcribing the original records from Protection cemetery.
I see that the site has several cemetery maps posted. I have added the map for Protection Cemetery in Holland to f.a.g.'s homepage for protection if you'd like to add it to wnyroots - or I can email you a pdf.
let me know if you are interested.
Thank you so much for the transfer of Mary Williams, can't wait to work on her.

Hello: Interesting that you contact me today. I was just thinking of this last evening. I did send a message via here and email contact and I never heard back. I am VERY eager to find out as much as possible about this as it has been a mystery for many many years. Can you help? Thanks Dale
|Jan Burke-Maris||RE: Thank You!!!!!|
You are quite welcome! I'm going to go back and look again when the weather gets a little warmer. I looked and looked and finally the light just gave out on me. I don't think I missed it, but it is a possibility. I'll keep you posted. Best regards, Jan
|Dale Szczech||Mt St Joseph's Cemetery?|
Hello First THANK YOU for your amazing work! I am deeply grateful for people like you. I am researching the final resting place of my great-great grand father Mathias Kleindienst. I recently obtained his death certificate from Buffalo. it states he is buried in Mt St Joseph's cemetery. He died at Erie County Hospital and I believe that this possibly is the catholic "section" of the poor house cemetery? I am wondering if you are able to help me actually locate the cemetery and ultimately I am striving to locate his grave and ultimately a headstone. THANK YOU ANY help. leads are deeply appreciated.
|Katherine (Kathi) White||Carpenter/Smith cemeteries?|
Curious as to whether or not the 4 folks in Carpenter cemetery http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=cr&CRid=2231398&CScnty=1992&CSsr=41& are supposed to be in the Smith Cemetery (aka Carpenter). They seem awfully close in proximity. Please advise. Thank you. http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=cr&CRid=2355598&CScnty=1992&CSsr=41&
