Hi! Please feel free to use ANY photos or memorials I have uploaded for your own purposes. I claim no "copyright" to anything.
I am happy to be a CONTRIBUTOR and hope you find my information helpful. The essense of a contribution being, expecting nothing in return. And Find a Grave does call us CONTRIBUTORS!
I mean, really, it's not like I risked my life, or incurred much expense, or think you will use my data to profit from headstones photos, or even that I had a horribly bad time CONTRIBUTING to Find a Grave, is it? No! It has been a pleasure.
For those CONTRIBUTORS who have suffered in the process of CONTRIBUTING, to thine be the glory, you deserve all the attribution and recognition you can get, and I am sure it will be legion. It's just not my thing!
I hope my efforts will be helpful to EVERY one! And of course, additions or corrections are always welcome. Cheers from OKC!
RE: Mary Elizabeth Mun Dillon Yes, she was my g-grandmother. Second marriage to my g-grandfather Gideon Canfield. They had two children, Clarissa and my grandfather, George. I have no photos of her and John Dillon but I will locate photos of her from Canfield family and get back to you if you like.
Photo requests for St. Pats, Bay City I was unable to fill these requests because the office lady is very unhelpful about locating graves. She hates a list so I have found it easiest for the individual who is requesting the photo to find out the location. I have an index of existing tombstones that some nice ladies did for the Bay County GENWEB but that's for the old St. Pats where most burials are from the early 1900s. Sorry!
Frances Maude Allen Shenefield Mauk I just added 2 pictures of Honey and one with Harry Mauk, and little goat named Poncho. I am the great granddaughter of Honey. I think the goat pic was taken about 1952/53, ad I have another pic that is my grandmother Virginia feeding same goat with a bottle that was mine at the time, I was born in 52. :) Are you related to Harry Mauk?
RE: Clarence Johnson Thank you Kent. At my age, any speed is strictly coincidence. I walked only about 1/3 the cemetery. Bunch of grandkids in or from OKC. We have relatives in Arlington Memory Gardens and Sunny Lane in Del City, as well as further west in Blaine County. We last visited in June of last year. For me, mostly Cooksey, and for the grandkids, Edwards. Best Regards, Greg.
