If you send an email be sure to put findagrave in the subject line. Sometimes mail lands in the spam box. If I do not recognize the sender or subject it is deleted without being opened.
PLEASE, PLEASE use the edit tab in the upper right of the memorial page, click on suggest a correction and make your request, comment, suggestion, transfer request etc. This will create an email with a direct link to the memorial, which makes it easier for everyone. Sending an email with the name and info is not the correct way to do this.
A number of memorials in Saranac Cemetery in Saranac, Michigan have been transferred to me. If you have any additional info about any of these I will be glad to transfer them.

Hi, Dottie, got your message regarding apparently a potentially significant # of transfers...So you know, I am not in any fashion related to any of these folks, but am instead simply showing my appreciation to find-a-grave for the assistance I get from it, by sharing the significant amounts of info. I routinely get from my volunteer genealogical research...because I too am literally hundreds of miles away on the East coast, & am already swamped with the literally hundreds of folks I am regularly in the process of researching (neverminding my own ancestors), that I must respectfully decline your offer...Among other things that I do try to focus on (with some degree of success) is to more fully identify Veterans of all conflicts, when I come across their barely identified gravesites during my research...As with all of your colleagues, I just as routinely wonder WHERE ARE ALL OF THE DESCENDANTS FOR ALL OF THESE FOLKS WE ARE COMMUNALLY ATTEMPTING TO REMEMBER/HONOR??? Regards JDB

Greetings from a fellow volunteer...Re: subject I.D.#, belonging to Mina Belle Monks Hoxie, if it matters (I do try, conditions permitting, to be as accurate as possible), even though I submitted dates of marriage for Mina's three husbands, they did not end up in the right order (unknown whether the issue of divorce fouls things up on find-a-grave or not...)...The correct order of her Husbands should be 1.) Herron, date of marriage 1901 2.) Norton, date of marriage 1914 (which marriage did end in divorce/dissolution other than Norton's death); & 3.) Hoxie, date of marriage 1938...I am assuming as the "maintainer" of her entry, you may have the ability to make corrections I am apparently not able to make...Regards
