better photos, please?
Many of your gravestone pictures are of such low resolution that they are completely useless, e.g. Find A Grave Memorial# 18127760. Could you please replace them with better ones?

RE: Permission to use photo
Thank you very much! My book deals with Henry's son Herman, a Moravian trailblazer for the eventual "Trail of Tears", and with his grandson Howard, who homesteaded in Kansas and had a book published in 1937 called "Sod-House Days" that is internationally-acclaimed and is still in print nearly 80 years later.

Permission to use photo
MADAM: I am working on a working on the Ruede family and would ask permission to reprint your photo of Caroline Ruede's tombstone in the book. I would give you full credit for the photograph.

Sincerely,
Von Rothenberger

Johannes Milliron
You show John Milliron at St Mark's Lutheran. There is no grave there. There is, however, a Jkhn Milliron with a War of 1812 marker at Putneyville Cemetery, nearby.

Is it possible that your memorial belongs at Putneyville?

I'm trying to determine if John, my fourth great grandfather, is the same one who served in the War of 1812.

Would you please consider transferring management of this memorial to me since Allen Floyd Corl is my uncle? Thank you.

You might want to look at and replace the photo you posted for memorial 18128611.

Thank you ! Hoar gravestones
Hello from Maine !

A note of thanks to you for posting the gravestone photos of Eleanor (Duplisea) Hoar, and her husband, Ralph Brawn Hoar from the Salem Baptist Church Cemetery in Sneads Ferry in N.C.

I am from central Maine, so you can only imagine how grateful I am for these two gravestone photos. Eleanor was my mother's first cousin. I'm writing a family history book, so these photos will be very useful in my book.

Again, thank you so much for what you do.

(I too have posted quite a few photos for "Find A Grave." It's a great website !)

Sincerely,
Patsy Husson

Sarah Rebecca Hauser Leinbach, #18566989
I think there is an error on her parents. I have been unable to find any information on the Sarah Hauser, who was a daughter of Jacob and Sarah West, other than her birthdate of May 1817. This Sarah Rebecca Hauser, was born in August 1817 and died in 1880, and from everything I can determine, is the daughter of Benjamin Hauser and Sarah Boner or Bonner. She married William Samuel Leinbach in Stokes County, North Carolina. I find them on the 1860 and her as a widow in 1880. I have all her siblings and can send them to you, although most of them are in Find-a-Grave.
