With your name you likely are family and have records that are not public...I wonder why it is that no one has ever connect Blanche's memorial to her parents memorials ... Their remains are in the same cemetery. It makes no sense and Find A Grave makes it such an easy task. It has me wondering, why?
Another odd question that centers on Blanche. Why is her first marriage and first child, or two, not mentioned. Any women would want to give birthright to her son. I have found record from a woman of Gardiner, testifying that Blanche was married at about 18-19 years of age. For more proof there is an early census record of the marriage. Was her husband killed, or, were there other problems. Her son's name was, Fredrick Hartsel and he born in Oregon, in Oct 1879. Her second marriage was in 1881. But her son later named, Fredrick William Varrelman
At Frank's death he had been senile for 2 to 3 years and was in much pain from his deteriorating heart muscle. It could be said that Blanche was a stalwart of strength in a time of greatest need.
Last question, what has happened to her Oregon death certificate. I work with them all the time and know that misspelling and miss-dates can cause all kinds of grief. I've tried many tricks to find Blanche's Oregon Death Certificate. The law says that there must be one before a burial can take place.
Thank you, Martin Burrell

You could call the Tulare Cemetery office.
No, I don't have any further info on her, nor am I related--so I'll be glad to transfer her to you if you are a family member or friend.

I'm not sure from where the data came - Emily was my gtgdmother, btw, but I did not create the memorial
If you send me the birth record info I would be happy to make the necessary amendments
Thank you so much! That would be great.
