Weidle Family
Not related, but thanks for asking. I was just trying to record some information on a family branch that My late Father in law was related to by Marriage. The line was from Edwin Irvin Weidel 1873-1944. I followed the line back a couple of generations. When I was looking I found that the name changed spelling from Weidel to Weidle but was the same family. I am a Graves Registration officer for the SUVCW and when I see a CW Vet I always check to see if they are in our database and or correct or add information to the listings I find. Looks like the marker could use replacing, so I will notify the local Camp to check it out personally. My area is primarily, Northern Nevada and California.

Thank you for looking for this man's marker in the Miamisburg Catholic Cemetery. It was reported to me that he was buried there. I have since found that he has a marker that you have already photographed in the Hill Grove Cemetery, Find A Grave Memorial# 69237224
I have removed my request for the photo and messaged the owner so that he may take further steps to remedy. Thanks again,

Thank you very much for looking!! I was hoping he had a Civil War Marker. He had been in and out of the Soldiers Home there. Thanks again!!

RE: Willie Barnes O'Cull
Thank-you for checking. I have wondered how we were related, because your nickname has popped up often when I do research. I have posted a lot of old family pictures on FB. There are still a number for me to post on Ancestry.com and FB. Let me know if you would like access to them.

RE: Hill Grove cemetery
Steward (#47729781) had made a memorial for Jenna Butler Parlette not knowing where she was buried.
Please contact Steward so he will be able to add the memorial to Hill Grove in Miamisburg and you will be able to add the pictures to Stewards. You have a good memory to remember all that. Thank you for all the work you have contributed to Find A Grave.

Correcting Errors
Greeting,

It appears the Burial Markers are not matching the vital index records. Any information you can give in deciding which information to use?

Thanks in advance,

James Russell Baker
Hello Mary,
James (76012166) was born to my 2nd Cousin, Elenora Ann Berger (13523858) & Russell Edward Baker (Find A Grave Memorial#316001).
As you can see Russell Baker was not buried in Hill Grover Cemetery next to Elenora, so that is why the date of death is blank. Please link Russell Edward Baker's resing place at Fort Rosecrans National Cemetery / Plot: CBB, 1, 239. San Diego, San Diego, California, USA. He was born 21 June 1919 in Gary, Lake, Indiana, USA and died 3 Feb 1996 in El Cajon, San Diego, California, USA.
By the way, Russell & Elenora also had a baby girl that was born 30 Aug 1947, in Miamisburg, Montgomery, Ohio, USA === but I can not find any information about her burial.
Thank-you very much Mary for all your help.

It is wonderful you are helping me bring my family together so they will be remembered. TYVM!
