I hope what I have entered has helped others to find what they are looking for in their search. I have just started researching family trees and had found "findagrave" site. What a wonderful site!! If you see any mistakes or errors in my postings,I'll make corrections. I take photos with a great deal of respect for those who have walked before us. If a family member objects to having a gravesite photo posted on Find A Grave, please let me know and I will remove it. Permission is granted to use any of my photographs for private use by family members. Please e-mail me with Find A Grave in Subject line.|

I don't know whether you have received my messages & emails over the past year or two re: memorials for M. L. Carroll, Coy Carroll, & Charles Carroll in Altus, Jackson, OK.
If you wish to transfer to me, I would be grateful as M.L. (father of Coy, who is father of Charles) m.Eliza Blanche Winters, daughter of Charley Lee Winters, brother to Billie C. Winters, my great-grandfather. I have lots to add on these & of course will transfer to any direct descendants should they inquire.

What a surprise to find my Pallaye family listed on Find A Grave.
Thank you for the time you spent. I used to visit them frequently whenver I would get to or through Ohio. It was much easier when I lived in Pittsburgh. Now I am in Atlanta, and don't get there as frequently.

Hi, My name is William Eric Thomas from Dawson Georgia my ggg grandfather John Ed Thomas 1842-1900 had a brother named James N Thomas. The person on find a grave that you gave flowers James N Thomas has a matching birth year 1838 so I was wondering if its the same person. If It isthe same person then I cant figure who the parents were because they live in the house of William Waterer in 1850 census. Info is pasted below, thanks and have a great day! Eric ps I attached a pic so you can see who your talking to.
I need some help and thought maybe one of you might could help me with this. My name is Eric Thomas from Georgia I have been tracing my family history and I seem to hit a brick wall when I get back to my ggg grandfather John Ed Thomas 1842-1900. The reason is when he was a kid he lived in the house with a couple in Lee County Georgia named William and Therissa Waterer and he had two brothers and a sister. Know mention of parents just that they were born in Virgina. Don't know if the father died or ran away or what. census and other info is pasted below. Please help if you can.
