Still searching for her hubby. Her dau. Frances was living with Judith's brother, John C. Jones, 1821-1897 in at least 1860. Frances married Fred Moreland in 1861, son of Philip & Elizabeth (Warthen) Moreland. Fred's brother Alonzo Moreland m. Sarah Jones, dau. of John C. Jones, ie Judith Jone Reece's brother.

Were you able to decipher the inscription on the headstone? Inquiring minds want to know.

I came across my great grandfathers gravesite (William H. Thompson, buried in Cedar Hills Cemetery, Licking Co, Ohio via your account and I was curious if you know anything about him at all? Finding his parents is the most difficult task ever. We are not sure if he was adopted or not. Seems like there is no trace of him. I know his spouse when he passed and his 2 children. Just thought I'd ask. :) Thanks, Tracey

John Blystone, Buried,Bladensburg Cemetery,
Ohio, Memorial #47253928. Since I mailed you ,I
have found more info and I think it is the same John, with different spelling. John was born Mar 1 1773,son of Abraham and Louisa Blystone. He died Apr 23 1846. Thank you . Kay
1850 census of Falls township, Bucks county Pennsylvania. Lists Martin, b. ca. 1785 and Lydia Mull, b. ca. 1785. Son named Ebenezer, b. about 1815. Older woman named Lydia Mull, b. ca 1775. Two young girls: Mary Mull, b. ca. 1840 and Charlotte Mull, b. ca 1844. Figure two young girls to be granddaughters of Martin and Lydia??
Also in household is Hugh McCormick, b. ca. 1835 in Ireland. Hugh is my primary interest. I am fairly certain he is my ancestor who came over from Ireland in late 1830's.
The 1860 census for Falls township, Bucks county, penn. Lists Hough (Hugh) McCormic(k), age 26 living there. Wife is Jane, age 27, b. Ireland. Sons: John, age 4, Hugh, age 2 and Edward, age less than 1 year. Jane McCormick apparently died after 1860, before 1865. Hugh moved to Illinois. He married woman named Mary Ferrell from Indiana. He took his 3 sons, John, Hugh and Edward with him to Illinois. They were living a few miles Southeast of St. Louis in 1870. My Gr-Grandmother, Margarett Jane McCormick was born in Illinois about 1866.
Hugh McCormick moved his family to Texas about 1875. They stayed here. I live in Texas. About 40 miles from where they settled. Odis.
