Bio Photo I know it's strange, but while traveling out and about I'm somehow facinated by the history that most all cemeteries hold. There always seems to be a Civil War hero or a famous ball player. I enjoy gathering the info and listing it here. It's a great resource for families and best of all it's free! Everyone should donate to FindAGrave.com!

Thanks for the note about his being a Senator. I don't know if that would make a difference or not; but when I tried to edit, there didn't seem to be an option/abbreviation for Senator?

I believe you should remove the photos of a church and a historical marker that you have added to this cemetery because, as you say, it is an assumption on your part that the cemetery church and Lutheran Church is connected to this cemetery.
I have from a book The Green Tree by Robert M. Green pub 1978, p 160 "Cemetery originally located in back of the Methodist Church in Amanda, OH, Amanda Twp. Relocated to the Dutch Hollow Cemetery, about 1 1/2 m west of Amanda.
Green, Delilah, wf of Jacob
Green Jacob"

Anna Glick
Hi Jerry,
I got your message about the Anna Glick that you found with a dod of 1852. That is a different one. The Anna Glick I am looking for is really named Anna Maria Barbary (Barbara), maiden name Schumacher. I wonder if maybe she went by Maria or Barbara instead? Living so far back in time, I don't have anything that says which of her names she actually went by. She was married to Johann Peter Glick (1768-1807). Don't know if they are buried near each other or not. I think on Johann Peter Glick's memorial I just put Johann Glick. He might have gone by Peter, so I'll change that.

Thank you so much for looking for her grave. I do appreciate it.

Martha
