As expressed below: THANK YOU for all of the work that many of you have done - because I love to LINK!!!|
Research has become an addiction - a good one! My primary field of interest is the history of the upper Pecos, New Mexico. This is a canyon north of Pecos, New Mexico that extends into the Pecos Wilderness. Because "people" make up most of our historical events, I like to know as much about each person involved as possible. This leads me into the field of genealogy. I enjoy writing and have authored a book: Mountain View Ranch 1915-1945, which is the history of a dude ranch at Cowles, New Mexico.
In the course of "wandering" thru the cemeteries, I decided that I needed my very own signature flower. I couldn't make up my mind, so I have chosen two: the yellow Pecos Mariposa Lily and the beautiful Blue Columbine, both of which grow in the high mountains of New Mexico. The photos were taken by my research friend (!!) Karen. Thank you for the use of the photos and your expertise!
PS - I enjoy being able to link existing memorials that YOU have made. I send a sincere Thank You to those of you who have made the additions I have sent via SAC's!!!

That would be very interesting. I'm married to Timothy John, son of Robert Eugene, son of Chester W, son of George Dewey and Ardis Mae (either Brown or Billingsley) Viles. My knowledge of this line of Viles is limited as Chester divorced his wife in 1961 and to the best of my knowledge neither he nor his family ever contacted my father-in-law or his sisters.

Memorial Park Cemetery, Shawnee Co. Ks.
I have been advised that there are two memorials for Fred. Yours was the first one created so I will delete mine if you would transfer your information from "unknown" to the above cemetery. I entered the memorial from the cemetery records. Nancy
|Carole Steele||Wm Bradford|
I encourage you to join the Mayflower Society if you can prove through documentation that you are BLOOD related to Wm Bradford. I've done it. I'm related to TWO original Mayflower pilgrims.
