Greetings from Georgia. My name is Darlene and I am a twin of an angel, Arlene, who passed away on 18 November 2003 of Metastatic Breast Cancer. Needless to say, I still miss her very much but know that she is only a mirror away, I see her everyday and one day, we will both be together reunited with our loving mother and family.|
I am currently retired from a paying job but thoroughly enjoying an active life that includes my computer, researching my family genealogy, cross stitching, crocheting, reading, grandchildren and taking photos of headstones wherever I may be. It definitely is addictive and I absolutely love it! Even my grandchildren love it and are always on the lookout for another cemetery we can photograph together.
Please feel free to contact me about any of my entries on this site if you see an error or if you would like a record transferred to your ownership.
A special thank you to mozer for sponsoring Arlene's memorial. You are truly a wonderful person!

I recently worked on a query regarding Albert Johnson, and I have information that could be added to his memorial. Could I either have you transfer it to me (46916688) or have you add the data?

Thank you Darlene, how did you happen to do that memorial, I believe you said you were in Georgia? I am a retired professor from Valdosta State Univ.
Again thanks for the transfer, best regards,

Hi Darlene, I wonder if you would consider transferring Mercedes B Matter to me. She is my 1st cousin 2x removed and I would like to maintain her memorial. I can add father, mother, husband and siblings to her record. Thanks for your consideration, best regards,
Charles Robert (Bob) Campbell

I sent you a request early today to link this person to his parents. It turns out I got the wrong William Ferguson, so please do not link him to the parents i requested.

|Lu Swart||Thank You!|
Thank You for transferring my daughter's grave over to me. Seems kind of weird to say that to a stranger. However I am deeply thankful!

I was wondering if there was a child's grave near the gravesite of Ida M. Hunt (Find A Grave #14619762). I have a daughter for her listed on the 1900 census, Bartow Co, Oostanalee Dist. as Liddie Hunt, age 2/12. I have found Liddie's father and brothers on the 1910 census for Forsyth County, GA, but Liddie is not listed. Liddie was born April, 1900 or 1899. Her father had remarried by 1910. (The census shows her age (in 1900) as 2/12, which would have her being born in 1900.)
I wondered if she may have died prior to 1910 and be buried near her mother. Ida M. Hunt's maiden name was Jordan.

Thanks for your message. I've made the correction. Perry

Good Morning Darlene,
I'm very happy you have her memorial now. I did create it for her but can't take credit for transferring her memorial to you, however. Gentry.Gen asked me about it. Many memorials I created in Evergreen Cemetery were transferred to Gentry, she is my disabilities advocate and an avid genealogist. She did ask me (as she always does) if I was related to Colette and if it was OK to transfer. She maintains those particular memorials temporarily as she is pressing charges against the appointed admin. of Evergreen for cyberbullying and abuse against me and others. Colette seems to have been a wonderful lady and it's my hope you can locate her daughter, Michelle. I'm happy her memorial will be maintained by family now.
