I live in Grand Rapids, Michigan. I enjoy photographing tombstones for FindAGrave. I have even been known to dig stones out of the ground. :)|
I do not consider my photographs "copyrighted". I post them for the sole purpose of helping other genealogists in their family research. However, if you post the photos on ancestry or another website, photo credit would be appreciated. :)
My goal is not to impress others by high numbers. I create many memorials just so they are documented, and try to add pertinent information to them. I'm more than willing to transfer these memorials to someone who can take better care of them, as long as they are not my relatives.
Surnames I am researching: Solomon-Haberman (Jennings Co. IN & Saline Co. MO); Stoneking-Livingston-Long (Greene Co. PA & Tyler Co. WV); Wagaman-Turner (Missouri, Kansas, Washington); Pannekoek-DeVoogd-Waterloo (Kent Co. MI); LePard-Densmore (Kent, Ionia & Barry Co., MI); Kirby-Payne (Howard Co. MO); Riggle-Guist-Ortz (PA & OH).

|Robert Schreffler||RE: May Guist - Canton, OH|
May was the daughter of my great grand aunt, Flora Tantlinger Baker.
|Brian J. Ensley||RE: Mary Moser|
Yes, I just stumbled over that myself when I was looking into the Moser husband who married Mary Guist, which led me to Mary's sister, then to another, then another...
|Brian J. Ensley||RE: Guists at Grandview Cem|
You're very welcome. I'm not sure how far you are branching out on this line but if you are interested in the daughter Mary, submit a request and I'll run over there tomorrow before the snow starts.
Glad I could help!
|Charles Gibson||RE: Merle Allen Guist|
Oops! Been a while since I added that one but I believe Grace's grave was marked but Merle's wasn't
Thank you for taking the photo's of the Frederick Schmid gravestone in Greenwood Cemetery.
|Gianna||RE: Elizabeth Dougherty|
That would be great, thanks. She is my several times great grandmother so would love to maintain her page.

|Keith Gee||RE: George E. McCullough|
It a few minutes to figure out where George was located. Yes, the name did fall off. The cemetery said they could fix it but how long that would take I do not know. Lots of paperwork!
