My name is Sherry and I live in Calhoun County, Alabama. A friend and I stumbled across this website while researching our family trees. It has become one of our favorite research tools. I am a photo volunteer and I enjoy helping others obtain photos of their loved ones' final resting places. I am researching the following surnames: Johnson, McCloud/McLeod, McCarley, Coursey, Wiggins, Griffith, Hammett, Gidley, Langley, Lane, Roberts, Pirkle, Mashburn, Duffey, Hendrix, and an Unknown. And for my husband: Morgan, Freese, Hellriegel, Beck, Cleveland, Kinney, Youngman, Keeble, Barton, Whiteaker, Vannest, Mulvanny, Beebe, Chapman, Strickland, and Cason.|

Hi Sherry, When research John Nelson Duffey I, I found his listing by you on Find A Grave. If you could take a look at his the photo of his headstone and you will see he died in 1843. If you could correct your entry for date of death I would appreciate it. Thanks, Linda

Sherry, Thanks for the connecting Mary to her
Have a great day.
Sherry, I noticed that you left a message for Bobby Dodson concerning the Hollingsworth Family of Calhoun County. I am a descendant of John T. Hollingsworth's son, James Hollingsworth. I would like to find out more about your Hollingsworth line. Please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org. Thanks!

Thanks, Sherry, for the memorial and the transfer.

I received the photos by email from Mary Ann who has since passed away. She did not give me an address. In researching my notes, her and her husband, Richard, got the address from the Library. She had one that was incorrect and got the correct one at the Library. You can try Richard on this email address email@example.com. I received the information November 5, 2008. I hope this helps you. Glenda

I see where you are maintaining Find a Grave sites that were originally created by mulder(inactive). Do you know how I can reach this person? The name has come up on discussion boards @ Ancestry.com. My Roberts family comes from Cleburne and Calhoun Counties.
Thank you for any information that you can share.

There are 2 William Vardamond's. One was born in 1803, which is my 4th great grandfather as well.
Then he had a grandson named the same. He was born in 1866.
I descend from William's oldest son, Reuben Thornton.
The Brazzel I have is Margaret Brazzel, born 178 in SC. Don't know when she died, but her husband, Henry Tidmore died in 1833 in Blount Co., AL
What is your GGGG Grandmother Bonds name and who did she married? If from this area, I am probably kin to them as well.
I'm kin to almost everyone around here. LOL
