I was born in Morgan County, Mo, down the road from Hopewell Cemetery. From the days of my first memory, my grandparents and parents took me to visit the little grave yards in Morgan county. I played among the stones and listened to the remembrances of the family who lay beneath, whose souls soared above. As my parents said, "Now is the time to honor their memories, lest we should neglect to repeat who they were and how much they changed their little corner of the world." As a pebble drops and changes it's place, it also creates it's own space and so have the pioneers who carved out a place and changed the world forever." Morgan County is full of people whose ancestors migrated from the East and became one with the land. They were great pioneers whose ancestors fought in the Revolutionary War, in the Civil War on both sides and the World Wars l and ll. My goal is to honor as many as I can.|
I have lived all over the US and traveled abroad. I have five children, ten grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
I am a DAR member, Museum Guild member, Bay Area Genealogical Society member, Morgan County Museum Society member, and I do cemetery restoration. I also transcribe and take pictures of cemeteries. I am working on a book for Family History.
I have more than one copy of all the pictures I have posted so if I can help anyone by sending them a picture, please let me know? I also have death certificates on many and family information.
I love helping other researchers and posters but if you use my info or pictures from my posts please cite me as the source. It causes researchers to hit blank walls when they don't have original sources and it is also considered plagerism and is an ethics issue. Thank you so much.
I want to add to my bio after all these years a great big thank you to all the researchers and
find a grave volunteers who have helped me and continue to add to the site and the memory of so many in cemeteries all over the US. You are remarkable and I appreciate every one of you.

I have added your links & given you credit on their memorials. This inspired me to add more to their bio.

If you are working with Russellville people, I'm sure we do. I have so many people I am working with it keeps me very busy. Same goes for me, if you need any help. Also have some photos for family members. Thanks Linda

The Van Pools married into some of the families in my Amos line. I have Short, Amos, Russell, Morrow, Campbell, Scrivner, Scott, Enloe,Leslie, Payne and most of the Russellville names in my Dad's family.
I worked with Jerene Van Pool Oswald and knew some of the other family members.
It seems I am related to most people in the Russellville area.

I'm glad you approve of the memorial.
FYI, the obituary on Ancestry is exactly the same because it was copied and pasted from the memorial on Find A grave.
Thank you so much for posting his grave and Delia's. I have looked for them for a long time. I am the great niece of their granddaughter Jennie Jane L. lemon Paul. I have letters and pictures from her. I just found Delia's obit on Ancestry and since I volunteer for Find A Grave I thought well I'd check and there you had posted the graves with the very same obit, so thank you so much for keeping their memory. I appreciate what all the volunteers do for Find A Grave. You have made it a great site for family researchers as well as keeping our families memory.

On James Frankln Sanders Memorial on Find A Grave, you have a picture of a family. Is this James Franklin & Elizabeth Lawcenia VanPool Sanders family? The VanPool family ties into my Dad's Russellville families. Thanks for your response.

Thanks so much Bonnie! It's nice to be appreciated. :-) I do know it's important for researchers. I found this site while doing my own genealogy and it helped so much. So I wanted to pay them back by doing my part. You have a great day!
