In late August of this year, I had a stroke, this has greatly hampered my ability to do Find a Grave. I cannot get out to cemetries, and my ability to work on the internet is limited. Please be paitent with edits and messages, we are praying that eventually i will be back to 100%, and will be able to get back to doing everything I once did.|
We discovered Find a Grave while doing research on our family trees. From there has grown an interest in recording cemeteries for others to use. We are willing to transfer the memorials of people who are not related to us, to anyone who has a connection with the person, whether within guidelines or not. Don't hesitate to ask.
Feel free to use our photos, they are put here so people can use them. Proper credit is not only appreciated but the right thing to do.
Our family tree includes the following surnames, Read, Clark, Nelson, Fletcher, Forshee, Shirley, Diederich, and Bohl.
We live in Palm Beach county, Florida. Currently we are focused on Pinecrest cemetery in Lake Worth. If you would like a different photo on a memorial we created in Pinecrest, let us know. Less time is spent on photos taken while mowing the rows to document the cemetery, than is spent on photos to fulfill specific requests. We can go back and do a request quality photo for a memorial you are interested in if you would like.
"Show me the manner in which a nation cares for its dead, and I will measure with mathematical exactness, the tender mercies of its people, their loyalty to high ideals, and their regard for the laws of the land."- Eighteenth-century British statesman William Gladstone

Dear Dan and Karen,
Happy to see you have the photo you needed. Your request was still active so I included him in our picture session at Woodlawn. I did not have the info on George Messer so I was unsuccessful. I was pleasantly surprised to see the photo was already in place.
Hope that means you are well!

I hope this request finds you on the mend. I was wondering if you could transfer the above memorial to me. Alice King (her maiden name was Lazette)was my great-grandfather's niece, making her a cousin. Thank you. My #is 47038289.

Hi Dan and Karen, this is my brother and I also live in Palm Beach County. I would appreciate it if you would transfer him to me. Thank you for your time.
I believe you also have a picture of my Dad's grave too
#139270504 if you transfer his also.

Thanks for your quick response. You're so right, there is a photo of George F. Moors site already there. I just didn't see it.
|ESH13||Carl O Beard|
Ah, I just read the note on your photo. Sorry I hadn't noticed it sooner! This information leaves this Carl in the running for "my" Carl.
Thank you very much for the photo and information!

I'm a bit confused by the photo of the headstone for Carl Beard that you posted. There are two headstones in the photo - one for a Caroline Funk and one for a William Rhine. I don't see anything for Carl. Is that the place he is suppose to be buried but he has no headstone?
